[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so so happy about these sets of plates and bowls!! They are beautiful and elegant, definitely worthy of use for family gatherings or more formal dinners. They’re very thick, heavy and durable - made of high quality bone china. They’ve got a slightly rough texture to them which makes each plate/dish unique and different compared to traditional, more casual dinnerware. However, I wish the dinner bowl had more height/depth to it! Had they been taller, they could be better used for soup and soup-based foods. While I don’t eat pasta often, the smaller pasta bowl could double as a salad bowl. Overall, I am very pleased with this set. I do envision myself using it more for special occasions, but could easily be used for everyday use as well.

It's durable and is microwave and dishwasher safe as stated in the description. They made it thick so it is a bit heavy in ur hand but overall I love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Stone Lain set is much more than I expected. The quality is amazing. Super thick stone china with a very unique design. I never thought I needed a bowl type design for entrees but it has turned into my favorite dish to use. These clean very easily. Be careful putting in the microwave as the stone retains a lot of heat. That’s a good thing for your food as it keeps it really warm even after heating. It can be a bad thing for your hands if you’re not careful! I’ve never used stone dishes before and must say I’m impressed!

The crisp white look of this set contrasts with the diagonal texture along the edge of the plates and the same texture is repeated on the body of the bowls. The plates and bowls are heavy and cloudy; The textured finish shimmers in the light, especially candlelight. It is a good luxury material.
