Perhaps its a bad batch ?
The package is good and after that I cannot give any positive marks - the first I tried was the mango lime and it had almost a soapy note to it — I love the mustards, jams and other products — I have no idea what happened here.

Awful products.
All 3 jars awful.Absolutely tasteless and the mango salsa it's the worst.It tastes rancid and sour like it is gone bad. the other 2 salsas have no flavor.It's like they just threw ingredients together wIthout building flavor. This company charges to much for what they offer and they offer trash.
