Q: What File folders work best with this crate? I have a few but they seem to be not long enough to hook onto the ends.
A: I have standard letter size hanging folders. They fit all my file cabinets; however, they do not fit this storage crate. The crate is too wide so the hanging folder "hooks" do not reach.

Q: Can these be stored in a chest freezer at zero degrees F without breaking?
A: Hello MB, the Room Essentials Storage Crate is made out of polypropylene and can withstand temperatures of as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit and as low as 15 degrees Fahrenheit. At the higher temperatures, the plastic can eventually become flexible and could warp or deform. At colder temperatures, the plastic may become brittle and may crack or rupture. With repeat or prolonged exposure to these extremes will negatively impact the performance and longevity of the items.
