A: Hi. I made a light paste with oxy clean powder and scrubbed all cushions down gently with a sponge. I then used clear warm water and blotted it dry. It came out beautiful. Just like new.

Q: The snaps on the side arm pads will not stay snapped. Is there a trick to this or is it defective?

A: Hi Emma, Thank you for reaching out to us. Try pushing the top part of the arm cushion to the arm assembly and pulling hard on each end to reach the snaps on both sides. You can also try attaching first the snaps placed inside (seat part), pushing the top of the cushion in place (towards the arm assembly) and pulling the end of the cushions to attach on the snaps placed outward.

A: No. It's not gray. Its tan, with a grayish cast. Taupe always is on the tan side. It's a fleshy tone.

A family member purchased this crib for our room. very comfortable, only complain is the color. they purchased the Espresso with gray swirl seat covers. as you can tell by the picture, it has a very distinctive red tint to it and to me is not an espresso color whatsoever.. the color is an eyesore and to me.. sticks out like a sore thumb in the nursery.

We have had this chair for only 2 weeks and the pads are already squashed. My husband and I are not large people but in just 2 weeks the cushions are already completely squashed making the chair uncomfortable to sit in.

Saw a bed bug on my wooden closet door and trapped it to see if it really was a bed bug. It was. It's a really nice chair but something had to have happened with shipping because I just now noticed two of these a few days after receiving this chair. Is there any way to get a refund? We already threw out the box and now it's just this bug infested chair that we have to take outside immediately and deal with this.

The quality of the wood is very bad. They screws will become loose over a few months and the whole glider becomes shaky. I was almost about to fall with my kid in my arms. Sub par quality. When I contacted customer care they took forever to respond. Stay away from this product. I'm still under warranty and they are finding ways to avoid shipping parts by asking for too many videos and pictures despite having sent pictures. Safety is terrible

It was great to put the baby to sleep, however build quality is lacking, the ottoman is breaking in half from where we put our feet and I don't think it's long for this world. It's not like we were jumping on the thing, we simply lay our feet on it and one day it just broke (is press board so I guess that's why)

What looks like a straightforward assembly is complicated by the fact that nothing fits exactly how it should. So much so that I'm convinced this glider's assembly process was designed to make expecting fathers more sympathetic to their partners while labor. - You will think you have it early on, only to learn that the more progress you make, the harder it gets. - You will have your partner offer you advice or platitudes and want to snap at them because they can't actually see where and with what you're having trouble. - You will want to give up and realize you can't because it's not just something you can leave half-done. - You will curse whoever designed the holes because they clearly weren't meant for the task you're supposed to use them for. - You will send your partner away for water, not because you're thirsty, but because you just want there to be nobody in your presence for a moment. - You will start bleeding midway through but not realize it because you're so preoccupied with completing the task at hand. - You will immediately want to interact with the thing you just created when the process is finally finished because otherwise you'll question whether the whole process was worth it. Overall, 4/5; no issues with the product, but I'm not sure it justifies the suffering.

Nursery gliders always seem to be incredibly expensive, but this glider was one that I could afford. It is super comfortable, rocks smoothly, and gives really nice back support. I love that it comes with an ottoman that also glides.

Relieved today and assembled, overall so far a good product. No broken pieces and assembly was easy. Complains: material covers on the chair matched. The ottoman color if off from the rest of the product. One of the installed snaps was misplaced and had to create a new hole and move it. Was easy enough but I worry that this fix won't last long. Tie ends of the cushioned are unfinished which may promote the ties to wear and fray.
