[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gloss black horizontal dresser is exactly what i needed for my bedroom. i had an outdated vertical ikea dresser that was falling apart. i put this together myself and it wasn’t that difficult. girls we don’t need a man for this one. its elegant and smooth and fit my vibe better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of the reviews scared me saying it was hard to assemble so we saved putting it together for the weekend since we are not handy. It was similar to putting together Ikea furniture in that it wasn’t hard but it did take a while to assemble all the parts. My tip for putting it together is to read one step in advance on the instructions so you can be sure you’re doing it right/to make sure what you’re doing looks like the next picture. Overall, the dresser looks really sleek put together. The drawers glide nicely and the wood is sturdy. Happy to have this as a new addition to our room as it holds lots of diapers and tons of baby cloths.

It holds almost all of my sons clothes, and the drawers have a safety feature where only one at a time can be open. It's also an attractive piece of furniture with a modern and sleek style! We love it!!

The assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. I appreciate the solid wood construction, which makes the dresser feel sturdy and durable. The drawers open and close smoothly, providing ample storage for my clothes. The clean lines and neutral color make it versatile enough to match any decor. However, there are a few downsides. The drawers are a bit shallow, so they don’t hold as much as I initially expected. While the dresser looks great from a distance, up close, you can see that the finish isn’t as high-quality as I had hoped. There were a few minor scratches on the surface when it arrived, but nothing too noticeable. Overall, for the price, it’s a decent dresser that does the job, but it’s not without its flaws.

She was in the middle of getting her nursery together and this was this first thing we assembled and it was such a breeze to put together with incredibly clear instructions. I was nervous it might be wobbly since we put it together ourselves but it was super sturdy and great material! So spacious and really fits everything- modern design that will be able to age well with the baby!

The Horizon 6 drawer dresser is very spacious once assembled. The quality of the wood feels very durable. The dresser itself is very clean looking and has a very simple, yet cute feel. The assembly itself did take a bit, however, was not necessarily difficult (just time consuming). I am very happy with this dresser overall and am looking forward to replacing my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I'm highly impressed by the quality and beauty of this Storkcraft dresser. It came in a huge box, easily weighing over 100 lbs, so it needed a couple of people to get it from my front door, to my living room. I appreciate how well the pieces were packed in the box, with careful consideration to avoid damage while in transit. There were just under 50 wooden pieces, marked for easy assembly, and multiple bags of hardware that were conveniently separated by type. The illustrated instructions were straight forward and very easy to understand. The assembly took me 4 - 5 hours, alone. Most of that was simple, repetitive actions, like placing pins in the proper hole, and screwing the wooden pieces together. I liked how each piece, and even the bags of hardware were marked to avoid confusion. The pieces would line up perfectly, and evenly, every time. I didn't run into any issues while assembling, and the finished product looks amazing! I'm in love with the black finish of this dresser. It feels so smooth and sleek. I would call it an elegant, semi gloss finish. The design is beautiful and will easily match any room aesthetic. The only thing I don't like is that it seems to scratch easily. I can already see some hairline scratches, but since I can only see them from very close, it didn't bother me enough to lower the rating. The quality is top notch for the price. The drawers pull out smoothly and are very spacious. The wood feels strong and durable. The construction is super sturdy. This is the kind of quality that will easily hold up for years. It feels really heavy and wont be easy to topple over, although using the wall anchor that comes with the dresser is definitely recommended for safety. I noticed that you can't open multiple drawers at the same time (except for the 2 top ones), this is so children wouldn't be able to tip it over. I appreciate that they added this extra safety feature. This is the kind of dresser that I would recommend to friends. The quality is amazing, and i find it a really good value. I'm very happy with it and I know you will be too!

First of all it is attractive and has smooth finishing. It is really enhancing the appearance of my room. It is fully functional. It has ample storage space and the depth of the drawers is remarkable for storing big items. The dresser is very safe as one drawer opens at a time and safely gets locked for the kids to use. Assembly was easy but time taking. It is heavy duty and fall safe. The knobs are cute and small silver colored which are enhancing its beauty more. I will surely recommend this safe, durable, trip resistant and attractive dresser to all my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased many storkcraft products in my life. I’m not really impressed with the quality of this dresser. It comes in what seems like 9 thousand pieces and takes entirely too long to put together. It’s very pretty put together but the time and patience that consumes you is just not worth the quality. I think it’s really lacking. I do like that the tracks for the drawers were already connected and that it has a safety mechanism to only have 1 drawer open at a time but other then that I’d rather get a better look quality item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh wow this dresser looks really nice set up. It did take me a long time to assemble as the instructions were a little hard for me to follow. Would have been easier with more that 1 person. The drawers are spacious. Seems sturdy and durable. Hoping to get many years of use.

The “safety” interlocking system was a nightmare when trying to open ANY of the drawers. My husband had to uninstall it just so any of the drawers would be able to be opened and closed at all. The top came with a small ding…it’s big enough that it’s visibly seen. When the drawers are closed, there is a visible gap between them and the dresser itself. The dresser came in so many pieces, that I had thought spending $279 on it that it wouldn’t take me almost five hours to put together…I had hoped it came more assembled than it did. That all being said…by the time I took that many pieces out of the box, which laid out over a whole room, and by the time I started building any of it, it would’ve been even more of a nightmare to repackage and send back. The picture of the item makes it look a lot better than it is. It will do its job till we can get something better one day. I wasn’t at all impressed with this, and have two more Storkcraft items for the nursery that I’m sure I am going to have to painstakingly build from who knows what. Praying those are better quality. But, if they’re anything like this…I’m not sure they will be. Also, I am a person who is extremely positive and looks for the very best in everything. I never am one to complain. But, I had to write a review in hopes someone else can potentially choose a better item for their family.
