Q: How do you clean the microfiber cushions without making the stains worse? Should I use water-based or solvent-based cleaners?

A: Warm water with a touch of soap (hand or dish is fine) with a microfiber clothes always gets it right out. Gently rub the surface. It'll leave a wet stain at first but once it dries, you won't see it anymore.

The cushions feel very cheap and won't last long. When putting together the chair the armrest cushions did not line up correctly with the pre-drilled snap attachment. Thankfully my husband was able to fix it with the proper size screw and location.

The glider is amazing, smooth and easy to glide while dozing. However, the cushion is such a disappointment, my mom got the same glider, and her cushions are still puffy. I am very disappointed in my cushions and wish I could have the ones she got.

Full disclosure, I’m biased because I’m sitting in it as I write the review :) I love basically everything about this rocker, but I think a slight improvement could be made on the thickness the arm rests. I think the bottom and back pads are perfect most importantly, but the arm padding moves slightly on the left side and they’ve both flattened a bit. Otherwise this rocker has been has been the best piece of furniture to spend countless hours in with my boys. I’ve had this chair for about 5 years and it still looks great and works as well as the first day we put it together. It’s ergonomic and such an incredible value for what gliders cost. Last little bonus is that it doesn’t take up much space. Even with the ottoman it’s worked great in both of my kids’ small rooms. As long as you don’t beat it up it should last 2-3 kids. In summary, get this chair!

The seat Cushion was like sitting on a board. This is my second Tuscany Glider and they have changed it to be very uncomfortable. I was so disappointed and I decided to keep my old one and appreciate how comfortable it is even though it squeaks. Hope wd40 helps. I can’t recommend it and have returned the item.

bought this Glider and Ottoman for my sister less than two years ago She haven't used it that much before it broke while holding the baby. When I reported the issue to Tareget the only answer I recived was, it is more than 90 days since you bought the item so we can not help you. I will not suggest this item anyone.

It came defective with several cracks in it that got worse over the month we had it together. Was told to return in store from online customer support and as it was a gift and put together I did not have it in a box and let them know I just had the invoice number. I was told that was totally fine and "enough." then I go in store proceeded to give me a difficult time and refuse to take it, offering no help at all. Terrible unsafe furniture, terrible customer service. Also it is a small chair, cheap fabric.

Super low quality build, screws, and bolts. I guess you get what you pay for. The bolts strip very easily, and the right arm rest had the hole drilled in completely the wrong place. Now I have to drill a wood screw through the back of the chair to get the arm rest to attach. Awful build quality, clearly no effort was made to make sure this product is built well and safe. Save your money and get something better, instead of wasting time with this product.

My dad who has dementia and lives in a memory care facility, loves his glider rocking chairs. He actually sleeps in them a lot. He wore out his other ones, so I wanted to find a very comfortable and well-made chair for him. And this was it! Extremely comfortable, and for him being a 250 pound heavier set man he absolutely loves it and fits in it very well. very well-made! Definitely worth the money. It took me about 25 minutes to put the chair together. And it's really not that heavy either since I carried it by myself out of the house into the backseat of my car.
