A: That's a great question! Our instructions are available online on our website and also printed on the packaging. For Conventional oven cooking: preheat at 375°F, LEAVE film on tray, do not vent. PLACE tray on baking sheet, center rack. Cook 75 Minutes, REMOVE baking sheet from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. UNCOVER, stir and serve. -Rachel

Several recent purchases of Stouffer’s Mac and cheese have been very bland and almost tasteless. Not the sharp cheddar flavor I’ve enjoyed for years. Why would they change a recipe that was perfect? It’s just not worth buying any more. I’ll make my own recipe and freeze individual portions.

Growing up I used to eat this Mac and cheese. To me it was better than boxed but not as good as homemade but did the trick. The black tray crisped up the edges and I loved scraping the edges with a fork. Well.. fast forward until today.. white tray (also different shape), gross cheese, terrible pasta. This is DISGUSTING! The cheese was a neon color and just looked fake. The noodles were grainy and consistency was watery. They would be lying if they said this wasn’t a new recipe. GROSS.

t's Stouffer's Mac n cheese if you've had the bigger serving size, you know what to expect for the taste and quality. The party size gets baked in the oven vs the microwave, and it comes in a thick metal pan with a lid. It was not large enough to feed a crowd of 15.

I used to love Stouffer's macaroni and cheese but not anymore. I always got the large size because after taking it out of the microwave there would be a brown crust around the rim which was delicious. For some reason that would not happen when I bought the smaller size. I've bought several boxes over the past year and there is no brown crust around the rim after microwaving, the color of the cheese is neon orange and the texture is watery. It's like eating macaroni and cheese soup. And the salt.......that's the only flavor that stands out. I will not longer be buying this product as it no longer looks, smells or tastes like it used to. I don't know why you've changed a delicious product into something that's no longer edible.

I try to steer clear of ultra processed food these days but every once and awhile I need a fix of what *used* to be my favorite mac n cheese. What have you guys done?!?! The pasta is mushy, the sauce is tasteless and grainy and left a really unpleasant coating in my mouth. Won't be buying this again. ☹️

You should have left the serving dish alone too. The best part was when you'd cook it until the edges crisped into the groove just below the rim of the serving dish. Now you can't do that. Why do corporations make everything worse? If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it! Some things should remain sacred and this recipe is one of those things. I miss my favorite Mac and cheese. If you bring back the original recipe I promise I'll buy at least two a month.

This used to have margarine in it. They ruined the recipe and completely changed the taste of it. It's disgusting and barely edible at this point. Weak cheese sauce flavor, weird sharpness to the cheese.

For years Stouffer's Mac and Cheese was soon good, bought all the time. Not anymore, they've changed everything drastically. Cheese is gritty and watery, doesn't stick to macaroni. The taste is different, too. Wasn't able to eat all of it. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Will be looking for a NEW favorite...
