A: That's a great question! Our instructions are available online on our website and also printed on the packaging. For Conventional oven cooking: preheat at 375°F, LEAVE film on tray, do not vent. PLACE tray on baking sheet, center rack. Cook 75 Minutes, REMOVE baking sheet from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. UNCOVER, stir and serve. -Rachel

Don't Waste Your Money on Horrid Imposter Product!
Stouffers frozen mac and cheese has morphed into the worst mac and cheese EVER! I have tried it multiple times, and the creamy cheesey.homemade tasting dish has disappeared. It is now flavorless, grainy like raw flour, and basically inedible. It is a heartbreaking loss. I am in a horrifyingly ANGRY stage of grief! I have wasted a lot of my grocery budget on a disappointing product which was an embarrassment at a recent potluck.

I like my food ridiculously hot and this was! As I scooped it out, the middle of this "mac" was bubbling well … that is crucial to a bite that feels like real comfort food. It retained its heat well while we were eating, too. The pasta didn’t taste mushy or overcooked at all for a frozen meal. The macaroni was perfectly done — not too little, not too much, with the cheese sauce tasting rich and a bit savory (perhaps it wasn’t processed or fake-tasting). It just felt like this was all done.

Not like it used to be. End of an era.
Oh no, Stouffer's, what have you done, and why? I've been eating this for 45 years and gone is the thick, creamy, tangy cheese sauce. Last night I found the sauce to be very thin, was extremely salty, and had no discernible cheese taste. I couldn't even finish it and doubt I'll even try the other box that is in my freezer. Recipe change or bad batch?

Had this today for the last time. Been a life long fan of Stouffers Mac and cheese, but you all have changed this for the worse! Hardly any pasta. The sauce is watery and thin. Mac and cheese has sharp cheddar. not this crap. Please bring back the old recipes for your products.

Tasted very Bland and watery.
The current individual size I bought the tray wasn't even half full we're normally it's almost to the rim where you've got to put it on a baking sheet so it doesn't bubble over. The sauce total water never stiffened up doesn't even have the same coloring Bland taste will not buy anymore. Very disappointed.

Just picked up this for tonights dinner. Admittedly, it has been a while since I enjoyed Stouffer’s Mac n cheese…but the recipe must have changed as it did not measure up to the memory. Not as creamy, not the same cheddar flavor, and overall just average. Not terrible, just disappointing compared to what this used to be. Stouffer’s used to be the standard by which others were measured, but now seems to be just another run of the mill product designed to maximize profits.

Not as good as it used to be
I have been buying Stouffer's Mac and Cheese for a long time but I just recently purchased some and it is definitely not the same. I bought the large size and the product is very runny where it used to have more consistency to the cheese sauce. It also seems like there are less noodles which I guess could contribute to the watery texture. I miss the old recipe.

From best to worst. So sad!
I have loved Stouffer's mac & cheese my whole life. It was truly the best. I just had some today and I am appalled at how incredibly bad it is. Literally, I think this is the worst macaroni and cheese I have ever tasted. The watery yellow sauce doesn't taste anything like cheese and in fact has no flavor. I can only assume it was a cost decision, but you are better off just eliminating the product than replacing it with garbage. After eating this, my overall positive view of Stouffer's is altered forever. I will not trust that your products are high-quality any more.

Very disappointing.
Several recent purchases of Stouffer’s Mac and cheese have been very bland and almost tasteless. Not the sharp cheddar flavor I’ve enjoyed for years. Why would they change a recipe that was perfect? It’s just not worth buying any more. I’ll make my own recipe and freeze individual portions.

Growing up I used to eat this Mac and cheese. To me it was better than boxed but not as good as homemade but did the trick. The black tray crisped up the edges and I loved scraping the edges with a fork. Well.. fast forward until today.. white tray (also different shape), gross cheese, terrible pasta. This is DISGUSTING! The cheese was a neon color and just looked fake. The noodles were grainy and consistency was watery. They would be lying if they said this wasn’t a new recipe. GROSS.

t's Stouffer's Mac n cheese if you've had the bigger serving size, you know what to expect for the taste and quality. The party size gets baked in the oven vs the microwave, and it comes in a thick metal pan with a lid. It was not large enough to feed a crowd of 15.
