This hat was great! It provided generous protection of my face and neck. It’s not too stiff and unforgiving, nor is it so floppy it ruins my line of sight. The only thing that would improve it would be a chin strap for when the wind picks up, but I used a hat clip to connect it to my clothes while out paddling. I’ve been wearing it all week and like it so much I may need to get a backup!

For ten bucks it’s a pretty good deal ! But I ordered it because I have a small head and it said that it was adjustable. The only problem is that the ribbon to adjust it is tiny and slippery so trying to pull it tighter and tie it in a bow is very difficult. I tried multiple times to get it to the right fit for my head. Did I say that it’s also a short, thin, and slippery ribbon? What a pain! And not real comfortable on your head either.
