I did research on it before I even received it. The packaging is great and simple to use. You twist to on or off squeeze a small amount and roll on your neck, and I do all the way to my chin bone. The roller works great and is cooling on your skin. It is really an amazing product. It's definitely effective with the firmness of your neck. It absorbs great into skin as well. I did not break out at all (I was not expecting to break out, though). I will definitely be purchasing this again it's definitely replaced my previous neck cream. I would definitely and will definitely recommend this product.

I tried to use it daily for weeks, but consistency was an issue - I'm working on that! I wish I'd noticed the 'use day and night' instruction on the back of the tube sooner. While it didn't work miracles, it did leave my neck feeling softer. The creamy serum is lightly fragranced, non-runny, dries quickly, and isn't sticky. I loved the metal roller applicator and the product dispensing system. The roller locks to prevent product loss. I'll keep using it - it's pleasant and effective. @influenster @strivectin #complimentary

The tube is equipped with a metal roller, which helps the serum to be better absorbed into the skin of the neck. Packed hermetically. The smell is pleasant. This is the best purchase for this money.

I have two deep lines in my neck that have gotten deeper with weight loss. I thought filler was my only option. This product is particularly fool proof. The applicator can be turned on or off with clear lettering. The applicator roller is metal so it provides a cooling feeling upon application. The serum absorbs quickly and is lightly scented. I can’t wait to see the results as I continue to use!

With older age, I have begun to experience lines and saggy skin in my neck, chin, and jaw area. After 30 days of use, I can tell a difference in the tightness under my chin as well as my overall neck area, and my jowl is much less pronounced. This is a very effective product and I plan to continue to use it. There's no smell and the roller applicator feels nice on application. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave me feeling greasy. I definitely recommend this to anyone with loose skin in their neck, jaw, or chin area. It really works!

The applicator has a lock which prevents wasting of product. The roller and serum felt great on the skin. It does apply a little heavy if you are not careful. It made my neck skin feel smooth and hydrated. It didn't cause any irritation. It has a light creamy texture and a subtle fragrance. I couldn't place the scent but it smelled clean.

You can’t really tell in the pictures, the first one of me using it this morning, and the second picture is me prior to using it. I can’t see much difference, my skin does not feel any tighter doesn’t necessarily look any tighter. Is it more hydrated? Maybe … But I was using moisturizer from my face on my neck and declot previously. The roll-on is cool, but I still went in and massaged the product in to my skin with my fingertips in a gentle upward motion. Because I got this product free, I’m gonna give it two stars, but I would not pay for this product. There is definitely no noticeable difference.
