Great but the smell....

This is a great chair but the chemical smell has been radiating off it for the past week that I have had it out of the box. Love the look of it and its comfortable however every time you sit in it there is a strong chemical smell that comes off....its really bad. I am hoping, as I really like the chair, that the smell goes away soon though I did save the box just in case it doesn't within the month.
