Easy to use and excellent storage
Super easy to use, totally worth having the compact set of 5-10-15-20-25, I wish it had a few more options like 8 12 22 ect but otherwise super pleased with the delivery, storage and usage. So much better than trying to have separate sets of dumbbells

5 Stars if you use them correctly
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. These dumbbells are perfect for apartments and smaller workout areas! My only complaint is that when you go to pick them up lets say at 20-5 pounds, you have to pick them up perfectly straight or else an extra weight may cling to your dumbbell and fall to the ground or slide out of place. I was tempted to spray some WD-40 in between the weights however i didnt want to risk having ALL of my weights fall out from the mechanism (instead of just one that decided to cling to the dumbbell) I know this may be hard to visualize especially if you haven’t purchased these yet lol. Watch my video and you will understand. Its kind of annoying especially since im on the second floor of my apartments and hate dropping heavy/loud objects on the ground but this is a rare occurrence and a minor inconvenience I can over look to give these a 5 star rating. compact, easy to use, easy to store, and a pretty good price compared to all the other adjustable dumbbells on the market.

Stunningly Easy to Change Weights
I wanted a 5 to 25 pound dumbbell that would be so easy to change,that I would never balk at using it. I love this! One hand, one second,and you can go from 5 to 10 to 15 to 20 to 25 pounds in no time...and it feels like a real dumbbell the whole time. There's no way I'llgo to a more complicated system...

Perfect weight set for home gym!!!
Bought this since I was tired of screwing and unscrewing nuts to add or remove weight from my existing weights during my workout - time consuming and annoying. This set works beautifully. Easy to change between weights and it’s compact and un-intrusive. Love it and I ended up donating my old pile of weights and rods.

The weights are perfect for a small home gym or to get enough reps in to keep muscle mass during this pandemic. I spent days searching for dumbbell sets since the bow flex version of these are so overpriced.-Overall structure and quality, great for saving space! They are so easy to use and ideal for a small space! Great price and wonderful product! Love how thoroughly these were packaged so the weights don’t get thrown around or banged up.

Compact & very easy to use. No issues with "docking station" and adjustment of weight is fast & easy. Easy to replace the handle into nested weights to readjust and select another weight setting. Great value. Seems super heigh quality. Good instructions with additional suggested exercises. Comes one to a box. Order two if you want a pair, just like we did. See the compact size relative to traditional dumbbells and a rack.

Really nice and strong weights
I've been looking for a new weight set for a beginner to start working out my arms while working from home most of the time. I ordered these weights and I've been super happy with the purchase. I like the design of easily adding or remove weights by clicking them in the dumb bell stand. I like them so much that I went ahead and ordered the bench as well and it has been super helpful in my workout routine. I love how space saving they are. Feels like I have a decent home-gym setup at home. Would highly recommend!

Good Quality weights for the average Joe or Josie
In my opinion if you’re an average person looking to keep your upper body toned by adding some muscle and definition this set of barbells will satisfy your needs. I prefer to work both sides of my body at the same time so I purchased two sets and I’m glad I did. It can cut your workout time in half by having two sets. The grips are comfortable and do not cause abrasions while doing your routine.its very easy to set the amount of weight that you want for each exercise by using the easy turn dial that “clicks” into place to let you know that your locked into that particular weight. The tray is easy to use and allows you to remove and replace the weights with ease. I’m using the Flybird weights along with resistance bands to add additional exercises to my routine in order to add variety to my workouts.

Surprisingly sturdy and high quality, solid construction gives the weights a satisfying click as you set it to different values. As with any adjustable weights, make sure you have the weights right way up when doing chest presses so that they will never fall on you. No trouble yet though, bought 2.

Love the Ability to Adjust the Weight - Stable & Sturdy
I have been using these weights consistently for over a month. The ability to adjust the weight has reduced the need for multiple dumbbells, thus saving space. The lock feature on the weights makes them sturdy and stable when lifting. They are definitely designed for men, so I would suggest that women with small hands use gloves or grip straps for comfort when lifting heavy weight. Overall, I highly recommend.

High quality and sleek
I love these dumbbells. I needed something to amp up my in-home workouts but didn't want to spend all the money on individual dumbbells. These save so much space and are very comfortable to use. I use to be a personal trainer and body builder so I'm picky about my dumbbells and have used them all and I'm overjoyed with these.I researched a bunch before I purchased them and the biggest complaint about adjustable dumbbells is the noise of the plates hitting each others as you use them. NOT these though! They have a very quiet and fluid motion that let's you focus on the workout and not the dumbbell. Great product!
