Exactly as expected.
If you want a cheap, low-quality shelf, this is it. The locking mechanism is unreliable, and the shelves come in four separate sheet metal pieces that bend easily. Better off with a wire rack.

Late, Damaged, Missing Screws
Package arrived a week late, arrived damaged (bent shelves and corners), and to top it all off bolts were missing and I had to go to the hardware to purchase additional bolts. No customer service available, and the box it arrived in was damaged so i couldn't even return it without buying my own box to return it in. 0/10 do not recommend.

Slim fit, perfect for small spaces.
Not as sturdy as I expected. The shelves are pressboard, so I can't store my canning jars, but it'll work for supplies. I'll just build my own shelf for the heavy stuff.

No way this thing holds 400 lbs,it barely holds 40! Total waste of time and money. Trying to get a refund, but it's such a hassle, I might not even bother.

The shelves didn't fit,they were wider than the frame! The pictures also show a sturdier unit with extra support bars, but mine didn't have them. Very flimsy compared to what was advertised.

Assembly was frustrating,pieces kept separating. Not as strong as I hoped. Tried storing fabric bins, but a heavy one collapsed a shelf.
