Summer Craft Bug House Painting Kit - Mondo Llama™

I was shocked by the quality, for the very low price. My son couldn’t wait to start painting this right away, and he was carrying it around everywhere he went while outside. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Mondo Llama Bug House kit for my daughter because she loves catching lightning bugs at camp with friends. It came with 6 colors, 2 paintbrushes and a magnifying glass along with the bug house. She enjoyed painting the house but was a little upset when on her first dip into paint with the larger brush the entire bristles fell straigh out of the paintbrush so she could only use the small brush for the rest of the project. The quality of the house itself is great for the cost though. She really enjoyed painting it and is looking forward to using it on our next camping trip. I would reccomend this kit to others but have extra paintbrushes handy. I received an incentive to write this review.

I loved that I could entertain them for longer by the art kit aspect of letting them paint it first! Would make an awesome gift with other Mondo Llama stuff this season - we love the bug theme crafts and nature kit too! Cute and multi-use and great for kids! The set comes with two small paint brushes, 6 colors of paint, and a small magnifying glass. There was plenty of paint for him to use all that he wanted, with some leftover. The design on the front got covered up by his heavy handedness with the paint but it’s still such a cute bug catcher. I received an incentive to write this review.

When I saw this adorable bug house it was a no brainer. He is also a lover of art. So he was stoked when he saw this come through the door. Despite the adorable design, that u can no longer see after his painting; it works really well for both painting and containing bugs. I love that it came with a magnifying glass as well.
