NO REPLACEMENTS BLADES
Absolutely NO replacement blades available anywhere so once your blade dulls you are done. The fact that they are still selling this astounds me.

Do not trust single, no real warranty
Got 3 uses out of mine, engine has a short in it and blows fuses if plugged in. Support promises a replacement, it's been 4 months and they are just screwing me around. Do not trust this brand at all!

Poor Experience with this mower.
Burned out after 3 years, 1 season after the warranty expired. Should have investigated if this product included documentation on parts list indicating it could be repaired. It didn't. This model is almost all plastic, even the mower housing. If you bump into something while mowing, you hear the spinning blade touch the housing. I took it all apart to salvage what little metal was in it. Now have a garbage pail full of plastic pieces that will wind up in the landfill and a much smaller amount of metal that will go to scrapyard.

There are no replacement blades available. It would be helpful if Sun Joe makes a suggestion which blades can be used to replace current blade since they don't offer one!!!!!!!

Loved it at first. Now I just want to toss it
Worked great for the first 2 years. Now when one battery falls below the 3 green lights the mower shuts off. I can't even mow a 10×10 section of my lawn without the mower dieing. Supposedly the batteries should last 10 years or some 3000 times of mowing, didn't even come close. I hate when companies lie to sell products.

Love the mower with mulching
I purchased this mower cuz I couldn't pull the cord anymore...as I'm getting older and seems weaker, at first glance I thought cord came with, that was easily fixed by going to Lowe and purchase 100ft cord. This mower was easy to assemble just 4 screws...although one of the knobs didn't have the correct fitting but didn't matter I just used the screw not the green thing. Overall I really enjoyed using this product once I got use to the long cord it was a pleasure to work with. My lawn looks awesome now...

17 inch Replacement Blade out of stock
If you need to replace the 17 inch blade, you are out of luck, the blade had been Out of Stock for a year, any you cannot find this replacement blade anywhere, which makes this lawn mower is One-Time use, Think Twice before you buy

REF Sun Lawn Mower Replacement Blade Part#: MJ403E-32 The replacement blade for this unit has been NA for close to a year now. Treat your one blade well, because that is what sets the life length of this unit.

Fine mower -- spare parts out-of-stock for MONTHS
This mower is fine. However, the mower blade and blade base have been out-of-stock since at least fall 2020 (now summer 2021) making it unusable. Especially the blade base is egregious since it is a plastic / resin piece that is sure to wear out. Easy and cheap to replace, but only if it's in stock!

Great mower and a great price
This mower is easy to use and very quiet. I just tried it for the 1st time after getting it about a week ago, and boy was I surprised. It was very quiet and light to maneuver. The assembly was a snap no special tools. I was most of all surprised that it arrived at least a week before what they had stated. I like the mower and would recommend it to anyone.

Definitely worth the money
The setup is 4 screws, this is capable of going through 7-22 inches of grass, super light to push and handle. This is a definite must get if you’re wanting something that gets the job done for great price.

Wow I’m totally impressed
First setting up is 4 screws and your ready super easy plug and go. My gardener MIA during Coronavirus, grass was 7-12 inches and thick this lawnmower on low setting took it down. So the reviews that said stalled 3-5 inches, must have cutting something else. I’m 64 woman and this was so easy to setup and just mow very light to push. I’m completely impressed and would highly recommend, I have the MJ403E electric 17inch it looks heavy and big but handles incredibly well.

Great electric mower for the price
Used this electric mower for 5 months and cuts well. Using the adjustment height is a snap. Especially good cutting results on Bermuda grass. Only hitch is the grass catcher...too flimsy and can tear easily if it gets too heavy with grass.
