Easy to ingest
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These capsules are very easy to take. There is no taste and I did not notice a strong smell when ingesting like some other capsules. Overall I have not noticed a huge difference but my jeans are not as tight. It may be unrelated but I am going to continue to take a while longer and see if it makes a difference.

Great product, but capsules are large and has a strong taste.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tastes awful but I think it’s a good product I can see why some may find it discomforting to swallow because they’re large capsules but I’ve never had an issue with that the packaging is nice and I haven had any appetite changes. I picked this because I heard it could be good for you if you’re pre diabetic I’m 190 pounds 5’7 and generally pretty athletic but my blood tests say I need to be careful.

Easy to swallow
