My stepper broke after about two months of use and now the window to return it has expired. I'm very unhappy with this purchase, company, and target's return policy. Will not be ordering from Sunny Health and Fitness or TARGET again.

It's a great little machine. I bought it for home and then decided to take it to work. You just put in your car and carry it to your office - it is small and light enough. 10 minutes at a time make a good break and get your blood flowing!

At 10 minutes I was sweating good. At about 2-3 minutes my heart rate was already pretty fast. I don't expect a miracle but I am definitely going to keep using it to see if I get results.

Manual says to use it 15 minutes max because the hydraulics will overheat and become damaged. I used it for 8 minutes (about 200 steps) at full tension and the hydraulics were super hot, and took over 30 minutes to completely cool down.

Does what it is suppose to do once you figure out the tension knob was manufactured backwards. I put it on the stepper as the manual pictured, with the image side facing out but it did not work to keep the petals inclined, after reading reviews on amazon of people having the same issue they flipped the knob backwards, it worked. The item was also not exactly as pictured, the petals are completely different, metal frame is as pictured but came with a slightly dent but item still works and does what it is intended to do

This mini stepper was a Christmas gift! I use it every day. I haven't changed my diet and have only added this little workout to my daily activities. I have noticed that my jeans aren't as snug as they were before the holidays. By the way, Customer Service was amazing. The meter was not working when I opened the package. I contacted CS and after proof of purchase I received a new meter in the mail a week or so later. No it works and tracks my progress. Thank you!
