Q: I think Blondie, like myself, would like to know how long the wrap is out of the package and unrolled. If it's only 4.3 inches then it would be totally useless since it wouldn't even wrap around your wrist one time.

  • A: The box states 3 IN x 1.6 YD (7.6 cm x 1.4 m) Unstretched. I received a newer version than pictured. It has velcro ends not clips.

Q: Above, I see people answering that this wrap is 4.3 inches long. However, in the comments I see people have wrapped it multiple times so there is no way, even un-stretched, that this is just 4 inches long. Can someone send the actual measurements?

Seriously, low reviews are ridiculous

Do the weird 1930s spike clips work? Not well. They never ever have! But for under $2, these wraps are FABULOUS. This isn't sports tape, it's not going to hold your blown out knee together...but it will hold gauze pads in place w/out cutting off circulation or skin irritation. And they wash well, making reuse easy.

Pins break

I bought a pair of these while at the store and I wish I had read the reviews at the store. Yes the locking pins broke the first time trying to use. They are as flimsy as aluminum foil :( Wrap is ok just need to use with gauze tape to hold in place. So I gave 2 stars for the wrap.

Horrible Securing clips/pins

The wrap itself is fine, what you expect but the pins/ clips it comes with to secure the wrap are garbage quality. The teeth on the clips lasted less than 5 hours and have already broken off due to how weak the metal is. You’ll need older clips or something else to secure the wrap if you end up buying this.

The elastic bandage is fine but I've never encountered a worse set of metal clips. as useful as a wet bandaid and about as pliable. How much do the good bandages cost?

Other reviews are true! Horrible product! Both clips (metal closures) are so flimsy and were bent, broken and useless upon opening. The elastic in the wrap distorts and stretches so it doesn't even keep tension - so pins, tucking it in or another type of closure doesn't work either. What use is a wrap bandage that won't wrap or stay put?!

Trash product, straight from the box

Whoever designed the clips for this and thought they were acceptable deserves to be fired. The tabs that are supposed to hold the bandage in place bent and broke immediately, without ever using them once. Normally, store brand is pretty acceptable. This is straight trash. Stay away from this brand.

buy the name brand instead

I decided to save a few bucks, I figured: how can one mess up an elastic bandage? Well -- first the material is just weird: it's fabric, but one side is coated in a rubbery/elastic type material. The other side looks different, I'm not sure what's going on, and I'm pretty sure whoever designed it wasn't sure what was going on either. It's kind of stretchy, but the wrap does not provide smooth even compression when wrapping. The metal clips are a joke. Cheap flimsy garbage. They pop off and are not much stronger than a piece of heavy tinfoil. Spend the few extra bucks for a name brand.
