I purchased the cream and shortly after I recieved it, it got a stain on it from cooking prep and it wouldn't come off, I don't know why I didnt think about returning it sooner. shouldn't have done that for the price of the kettle.

Very poor design. This kettle requires de-scaling at least once a week.

I bought this kettle in 11/2025. Although I have the Swan user’s care manual, I do not have the sales receipt. I thought that the high price indicated high quality. Last week I came home and found the contents of the kettle completely leaked onto my counter top. The leak is from the seal at the bottom. I have tested for leaks in other areas; it is a malfunctioning seal around the bottom. I have a screenshot of the credit card purchase. What can I do? I never expected an expensive kettle to break within 3 months of purchase.

I love my new gray kettle. It worked right out of the box and the stylish Scandinavian design looks perfect! It's 1.7L capacity is perfectly sized.

I'm disappointed in the quality. It was not long after I purchased it that it started getting a brown discoloration and the paint on the spout began to come off. It also absorbs stains and does not let go. Other than that it works well and i would pay 50% of what it's retailing for and be happy.

This White Swan Nordic kettle is only 2 weeks old and already there are stains on the white surface that WON'T come off no matter what I try. Even tried the amazing Mr Clean Magic Erasers that usually clean everything but didn't do squat. The stains seem to be baked right in!!! Not happy.

We love the "Nordic" line. Needed a little help and received EXCELLENT customer service. Our issue was taken care of in half an hour with 100 percent satisfaction. They went far and above our expectations. Thank you Salton.

Get this collection. Better than Smeg and much cheaper. I got this whole collection in grey and I always get compliments for how this looks in my kitchen. I have cream countertops, light granite counter and SS large appliances.

We bought this kettle a year or so ago, maybe less. It looks very nice and worked well and I loved it until recently. As of yesterday, it now seems to have developed the same issue everyone else complains about- it flicks on and off when in use and doesnt ever seem to actually boil anymore. Not sure what the problem is, but for the high price tag I’m not impressed.

After initially writing a review to talk about the issue we were having with the power not always working, we were contacted by the Salton support staff immediately and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how courteous they were. They offered to send us a replacement until as long as we provided proof that we severed the cord of our original unit. It only took about 10 days for the new one to arrive. Thanks so much to the team at Salton for your excellent customer service. 5 STARS!

We bought this kettle maybe two years ago. It was great until it wasn’t anymore. Now it has a problem with either the power supply or the thermostat. The light comes on and off, sometimes several minutes apart. Clearly there’s a defect on these units so I would suggest you stay away because it’s way too much money to only last a year or two.

Nice job of boiling water quickly while looking stylish. The real test is how well it holds up over time. Five years, hopefully.

We contacted Warranty Support and they were very professional and issue a replacement for us since we were only in the first year of a two year warranty. It took about three weeks to get our replacement and we were fine with that and the replacement works great. The only minor complaint here is we were not informed that it was on it way to us. So not knowing it was on its way . I sent another email inquiring of the status of our replacement and immediately got a reply and then was given the tracking number with Canada post. I checked it out and it turns out it was waiting to be picked up at our local post office. Which I was pleased to see. I really like the kettle but I can not remove the stains on the exterior. Instant coffee has splashed just below the spout and it won’t come off Any suggestions?

But recently we started to have a problem with the light on the On switch, going off for up to five second at a time, then comes back on. It will repeats this cycle numerous times until the kettle comes to a full boil and that is when the On switch will shut the kettle down as it is suppose too. Now it has a 2 year warranty and I sure this will be handle in a professional manner. I will then upgrade my rating to 5 stars.

It’s a beautiful looking kettle! Heats quickly and not too noisy! Very happy with my purchase
