Black ginger is a true nitric oxide boosting superfood.
I have used many Swanson products in the past but in all honesty this did not help. I was hoping Traditionally used as a male tonic and natural supplement for ED. One of the best herbs for ED, black ginger is a true nitric oxide boosting superfood.

Great Product!
Increases circulation just how the description says. I've started to take it before my workouts for the increased blood flow and I love it! The only reason I'm giving the over all rating a 4 leaf rating is because the first time I took the supplement, it gave me a mild headache.. From what I can only assume was due to an increase in circulation. But it went away after a half hour or so.

Effective supplement
I have been using Black Ginger Extract for about a month now, and am very pleased with the results of this supplement. At first I did not notice any difference, but after about three weeks I felt a substantial difference in my health. The effects of this herb are cumulative, so I needed to be patient, and consistent in taking it. I take just one capsule before retiring to bed. It has no negative effects, but only very positive effects on my body. It is all that it is claimed to be in the product descriptions by Swanson. It helps me maintain an active lifestyle I plan on continuing to take this supplement for a long time to come!

potent herb for those over 65
I have been taking black ginger for almost a month now,and have really noticed a difference in my health. These small capsules really work wonders for me, without some of the negative side effects of some of the more traditional libido enhancing herbs that I have taken in the past, like itching and sleeplessness. Give this herb a chance to work it's wonders. I take only one capsule a day before bed time, and at first, I only noticed small improvements, but as I continued taking it the difference was wonderful! I don't normally write reviews, but felt I had to recommend this one to the public forum, especially if you are a senior like I am.
