I found that it is helpful for eyes. I also discovered that it is more potent than one eye product that uses it .Another one does not use it.. This product did not meet expectations. Actually, I think there has been some increase in the cognitive decline. Not huge change, but some appears to have happened. So, I would not recomend this product based on my experience.

Does exactly as it's supposed to do. . . . Sharp Mind in every way. Works for me.

I was one of the first to purchase this supplement. And never stopped buying it. Expensive but, I think, important in retaining cognitive functions especially at an older age.

I have read the research, and although to get closest to the dosage where the researchers saw statistical significant results would mean to take at least three (500m each) a day (1800 was the amount they had the subjects take) I take 2 a day now (1000mg). I think that three a day made me a bit more tired (although that is hard to say for sure as i lead a very busy life and i am getting up there (i am in my 50's). I have been taking it for a few years now and i see very similar results just taking 2. I think that my cognitive functioning is noticeably better and my processing speed has also increased.. My job is dependent on my memory, creativity, and ability to process and come up with answers. I would not function nearly as well without it. I am sure! I am not someone who likes to take ANY pills but i do it for these. In addition to the daily help it gives, i am happy that a added bonus is the fact that works as a neuroprotective as well. (who wants to end up with dementia?) I highly recommend this product. (i made the value only 4 stars... doesn't everyone want everything to cost less?)

I have been taking this supplement for at least 10 years. I am 70 and my mind is as if if I am in 20's. It is too important to your mind to ignore. I take 2 daily with water and will continue so.

I used this product over a year ago for 2 months and observed no benefit. I decided to try it again but not seeing a change yet.

I really notice a difference when I take this product. Even if I forget something within 30 seconds I will remember. That's pretty good for a 68 year old woman.
