I love the product, hate the plastic packaging. I want to purchase this product in a paper packaging.

This did nothing for me, going back to my generic. Will return.

For years I used the real larch tree bark, that was very efficient, Since I could not find the bark I decided to try this extract, I have not noticed any sign of improvement or any difference as I had with the real bark, so I have nothing good to say about that product at all.

Swanson's FiberAid is granular, grit-less, flavorless, and if it weren't for its white color, completely undetectable. I put it in cold cereal, hot cereal like oat meal, and I sprinkle it on English muffins with butter or cream cheese. The container comes with a tiny spoon inside because you don't need much for it to be effective.

The fibre is great. However, the container is ridiculously huge for the amount contained inside.

I was prescribed larch from a naturopath and was paying a lot of money for the other product. I found Swanson's larch , tried it, and have been using it since. It is a great fiber product that is not well known..

I could not take this at the suggested 3 times a day. One scoop in my BF coffee each morning was all I could do. It fortified the coffee and was easy to take, so no issue there. I feel glucomannan/konjac is best for my system. I haven't compared the cost but this was ten dollars for slightly over eight and a half ounces which is quite pricey to me. I am also eating more fresh fruit and vegetables which has really helped more than the powders. Keeping them for mostly travel when I can't eat as healthy as I would like. Plus they are kinder to my budget.

This product is quite effective in sustaining & absorption of probiotics in the body. It is quite the best quality and quantity for the price.

I doubt if I would order this larch fiber again because it is not very dense. I doubled the dose of this larch tree powder and took 2 scoops of it today so it might improve the result, but I seem to prefer the Swanson Tri-Fiber Complex (3 capsules per day) or the NOW Glucomannan powder (1/2 slightly rounded teaspoon per day). My favorite may actually be the glucomannan for it's effect, but glucomannan powder can adhere to the inside of one's mouth like concrete if taken in the mouth as a powder, if not mixed very quickly in the mouth with water and then washed down with more water. Tricky, so possibly it's best to add glucomannan to a smoothie or a blender with water, but for convenience I still prefer putting the glucomannan powder in my mouth and directly on my tongue. I always take a level teaspoon of NOW Acidophilous Two Billion powder before, with or after any fiber I take.
