Great for anxiety
I suffer from depression and anxiety and didn't wanna take medication with crazy side effects , did some research and heard that saffron is a great alternative and it definitely has been! I LOVE this! It words on so many levels.
I absolutely LOVE this product! I am falling asleep so easily now, my entire body is relaxed, my mood is great, and I am losing some weight, as my clothes feel better. I have always carried my stress in my arms and shoulders and can actually feel them relaxing when I take these. I played with the dose a bit and found that three of these tiny capsules is the "magic bullet" for me. I am 67 and have never felt better. I'm telling everyone I know about this product.

Definitely worth the try.
I have macular degeneration and my eyesight has declined badly in the past several months. I get Lucentis shots to my eyes once a month in the left eye and once every three months in my right eye. I am desperate to improve my eyesight. I read about saffron and figured what have I got to lose. I am amazed at how my clarity has improved. I noticed a difference the FIRST day I started taking it. I am hoping it keeps improving my eyesight. I am a believer in saffron now and will not stop taking it. Try it. I love the stuff.

Great for cooking, excellent flavor
I purchased these capsules to see how they compare to the Saffron I purchase in the grocery store. As a cost comparison these are much better. I use them in Saffron Rice and other Moroccan foods. 1 capsule equals about 1/8 tsp. The capsules can be slid open.
