I never used it. You were out of your JOINT gel capsules. I cannot give a review except that I bought it to substitute for the JOINT capsules. Yes. That we used for years. It even helped my dog, Beau, get off his hips easier.

The Glucosamine/Chondroitin capsules are ok, but we prefer the SOFTGELS over the capsules. I will say they are easy to take. We just prefer SOFTGELS IN ANY SUPPLIMENT we take.

Of course, I have no proof that this works, but we’ve been taking it for a number of years and still lead very active lives. I like that it doesn’t have MSM, which can have adverse effects. The tablets also aren’t gigantic like some we’ve bought other places. We will continue to take this product!

I found out that not all Glucosamine/Chondroitin mixes are the same. This one works for me. I took it for achy legs after joint replacements and have continued for years. Now I'm 81, pain-free, and walk two miles in 50 minutes.
Easy to swallow...two capsules gives a good amount of product

Oh my gosh I cannot believe the affordability of this supplement! My husband and I both take two a day so we need to buy it in larger quantities or more than one bottle. This is great for us older folks! We trust the product and the company! The capsule is a sort of fat like capsule but it is very easy to swallow. We put one with our morning vitamins and one in our late night fiber regimen.

I have felt no major difference but knees don;t feel weak so maybe it is working. With other brands I didn't notice much difference either. Maybe it's psychological so I'll just take it.
