My slow growing hair is now long enough to donate to Locks of Love! My nails grow really fast and strong as well. I always had terrible nails until taking this. I don't even need nail polish any more. I took this over 3-6 months and definitely noticed a difference. Now I always buy it, I don't care how bad it smells!

It’s too soon to know if they are going to help, but my problem is that they are too large so really hard for me to swallow. Actually I bought both of the vitamins that are supposed to help with hair growth and have the same problem with them both. The other vitamins in this order are fine.

The supplement must have changed. It has a strange smell now. I have used it many times before and no smell. Plus, causes me to belch.

Ever since they went to the purple label. The odor has been bad and the benefit reduced. Please don't fix what's not broken. The original formula was excellent, even for men. Also the horse tablets are hard to swallow, they have sharp corners.

I find these capsules less "user friendly" than other brands I have used. I haven't used them long enough to determine their effectiveness for me, but they are larger, harder to swallow, and have a rather unpleasant after taste as compared with smaller capsules with a smoother surface previously used. I will use my current supply to see if they are effective for my needs.

I've taken these for several months. I started to notice that ALOT of my hair was coming out when I showered. I stopped taking them about 2 weeks ago and I am not losing nearly as much hair. I do not recommend these.
Didn't help me.

I have been using Hair, Skin & Nails for a few years now and my hair has greatly improved. It had been thinning out and I was close to bald on the top of my head. Now, it isn't as thick as I would like but I am not balding for now. My nails have grown out stronger and I can keep them at a nice length and of course my skin is not as dry and still looks good for my age.,,

I'm 89 yrs old and have been having problems with my Hair and Nails for years. Now, all of a sudden I am growing some black hairs among the white; my fingernails are a worse thing. I have had ridges in my fingernails most of my life and they are now worse than ever, breading off constantly - every day another break.. Have started adding Knox geletin to Sugar free Jello, but see no results. Do you have some advice for me ?

Originally, this product was great! The formula seems to be different. The smell is simply so I stop using it. I sure the product works fine but the smell is overwhelming
