I started taking this to help with focus and attention, and I definitely think it helps.

Excellent product. I use it all the time. I don't really understand why it is yellowish when in nature it is greenish, but it definitely does the job it is supposed to do.

I've been feeling like something was missing... I've had a lot more brain fog lately and decided to do a search for the best supplements for that. First thing that came up was Bacopa Monnieri... OMG... I had been taking it for a long time, and somehow it got missed and I had stopped buying it. Never again. This stuff really works!!

Subjective results are all I can go on, but I think they are important. If you want the technical details, do what I did and search the web. I tried it and it seems to work well with me, enough so that it became a standard in my stack.

After reading about its’ benefits, I have been taking it daily, but it’s difficult to discern the effects. Perhaps I’ll have to take it longer.

I'm trying to fend off the dementia that my father had. All I can hope is this helps. Placebo affect... who knows but when I take it I feel vaguely more alert. Just being honest. I believe our bodies are more in tuned with God made plants than synthetic manmade chemicals. Always a fan of easily dissolveable capsules.

I’ve been using this for a year now and I love it. I wasn’t hving any problems but just wanted to make sure I was keeping on point with my memory. I love it and will continue to use it.

Just like Alpha-GPC, Bacopa's capsules are difficult for me to swallow, so I prepare a smoothie and empty the contents of the capsules into it. I don't do the twice a day as recommended by the company, so I can't vouch for effectiveness...yet. I do want to state that it does reduce the mental cloud one feels.

I noticed a difference almost right away with this helping my memory and concentration. I unfortunately however, have a very sensitive stomach, and one of the side effects of this is nausea, so I can only take a little at a time.

I like to remember everything instantly. Not only do I like to be able to do this, it is important for me to be able to have perfect, instant recall in my profession and business. After reading such positive materials extolling the powers of Bacopa Monnieri, I decided to add 2 capsules of this Swanson Superior Herbs Bacopa Monnieri Extract BaCognize to my bedtime nutritional supplement regimen. Works for me.

Taken with other cognitive supplements this appears to be very effective.

I have been using Bacopa Monnieri Extract BaCognize for 3 years and notice a difference in recalling information, remembering to do items, and overall better feeling. I notice when I run out. I use this with Gingko and the two together is a great power house. I have had no side effects other than the great ones. It does take a few months to get the full benefits, stick with it.
