Control My Blood Sugar
I've been taking this a few years and my blood sugar is still pre-diabetic but it's better than being diabetic. Time will tell. Plus I love the taste of fennel, raw, seeds, anything fennel. This is a great supplement.

Rancid smelling pills
I’ve ordered this brand from this company before and they worked just fine. This latest order is HORRIBLE!! They have an expiration date of 08/25 but they smell off. Kinda like rancid oil. I’ll be returning them for a full refund.

I have been taking them for a month now however I had to add Chlorofresh to tone down the syrupy smell that it releases through my sweat. OVERALL I love them and will be reordering more.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
Been using this for over a month now. Two things that is very noticable... i have less heartburn and more regular BM’s. I bought this to control my blood sugar and have lost 7 pounds without trying.... am very pleased with Swanson’s products and buy all my supplements from them.

Great stuff!
I saw the benefits of this on you tube and was quite surprised how well it seems to work. It flushes fat, cholesterol, and glucose out of your system and you can really feel it work. It also has a pleasant flavor. Will definitely keep using this product.
