This appealed to me due to it being a natural option, and the price point is fair for a quality product. I followed the dosing guidance to start with one and gradually go up in dose. I have only been taking it a short while and am still finding 1-2 is my tolerance level. It helps to take it with food. I am not seeing a huge difference in mood but I will keep trying. The one thing I don’t like is if I get to the point where I have to take 3 pills daily. I prefer a once daily option. I received an incentive to write this review.

Three capsules per day with a meal makes it harder to be consistent. I just started taking so I’m not sure how effective. I suspect it will take more time and consistency to know for sure. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this supplement in hopes it would aide in hormone balance and overall mood as I have been struggling in these areas as a postpartum mom with my second child. I have to say I haven't quite noticed a big difference and I have been taking them about 2 weeks, 3 capsules a day as recommended. I do appreciate that this brand provides natural ingredients. The capsules are not too large to swallow, very average pill sized and they can also be opened and taken as a powder if that is preferred. Overall I love the brand but not sure this specific one is a repeat for me. I received an incentive to write this review.

You can take up to three capsules, but it is recommended that you do so with food there are a lot of warnings about making sure that you are discussing things with your doctor to make sure that these supplements are great for your body. I am pleased that they do not taste at all like mushrooms and really have very little after taste and I think that they’re easy to swallow. I also appreciate that you can take one or up to three capsules daily with a meal and so it’s really personable to your diet and your body. The you greet is the only seed item. There are no artificial ingredients and there are also no artificial dyes so you can rest assured that you are taking great dietary supplements . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this blend of black maca, ashwagandha, fenugreek, and panax ginseng specifically because I had heard so many good things about ashwagandha and wanted to try it. I can't say if it is doing anything to balance my hormones but it does seem to help me focus. There is enough fenugreek in this though that even if you don't take the full dose you will start to smell like fenugreek. Fenugreek smells similar to black licorice which is perhaps not the most desirable smell to have. I received an incentive to write this review.

I feel more balanced, focused and energized through the day. Especially during mid afternoon and usually I took so much caffeine during the day and the instructions take three and I only took one and can feel the difference. I didn’t experience any jitters, crashes, or side effects. There isn’t any weird aftertaste. Could it be placebo? Of course… but the placebo effect can be very real and very powerful… so I will continue taking it for now! The serving size for this is 3 capsules; however, I have decided to only take 2 per day as I am a little hesitant to take too much of any supplement since they are not regulated like medications. That said, I do appreciate that they use very clean ingredients and are made in the U.S. I also like that, even though they are on the bigger side, the capsules are very easy to swallow. I saw this Why Not Natural combination of herbs including ashwagandha so I thought I would give it a try. The capsules are easy to swallow. I take three at a time, usually with food, and have not had any issues afterward (such as burping them up later). I have only been taking these for a short amount of time so cannot really say how helpful they have been to me. Although, I do feel a bit more alert.
