BEST COMPLEX EVER!!
I use this product because I have polycystic ovarian disease. I feel it helps with multiple symptoms associated with this disease. I was taking metformin but I stopped because of all the side effects. Before taking this complex I would have very irregular menstrual cycles (3 months, 6 months, sometimes a year). I take this complex faithfully because my cycles are now monthly. Any one I talk to that tells me they have polycystic disease I encourage them to try this complex for 2-3 months to see if they can have the same positive results. I truly recommend this product and I hope you all have the same positive results I have had.

Great mix of ingredients.
I take these ingredients separately but usually like to add in this mix. It is a convenient way to take the supplements and I love the combination. Very useful product.

We've used this several times now and will keep on using it, since lab tests indicate it works for us. Contains many of the most basic supplements recommended.
