Hormonal Acne/Health
I've been taking one capsule daily since 2018 and have loved it so much. It has helped calm my hormonal acne during my cycle (not completely eliminated) but it's so noticeable. When I run out, I breakout a bit and when I start taking them again, my skin calms down. In love! I couldn't keep drinking spearmint tea three times a day since I love coffee so much, so this is the best alternative!

This supplement has been a miracle for my cystic acne!!
I started taking this supplement 3 years ago, because I read an article where someone said it helped cystic acne. I have battled cystic acne my whole life, I would get big, hard, painful zits on my chin and neck area. They were painful and embarrassing, but, since starting this supplement, I went from having this issue pretty much all the time, to maybe getting one every other month, if at all. It has helped my skin so much!!!”

Overall, I like this product. I was hoping that it would help reduce my acne as a symptom of PCOS (since drinking Spearmint tea is supposed to help), but I haven’t seen much improvement there. But I have felt improvement with my digestion issues. I have chronic stomach aches/bloating after meals, and I have noticed a reduction in that overall. I take 1 capsule daily.

I bought this because of the chlorophyll..........I was pleasantly surprised with the spearament flavor......just let it desolve in the mouth.....very nice product....
