A good tool for my cognitive toolbox!
I take other brain supplements also, so it's hard to say how much this new one has contributed to my overall cognitive ability, but the information on the ingredients and their effect was very convincing and I need all the good mental support I can get! I do believe this formula is good support for my brain.

This product has done wonders in improving short-term memory, in synthesizing one idea from a large group of unrelated facts, in dealing with huge columns of figures as are associated with construction estimates and avoiding if not eliminating altogether what I call "late middle-age dithering." I take it with phosphatidylserine and have for three years. It works. Sometimes it is humorous with me as I have re-shelved books with no place marker yet three months later I remembered exactly where I left off. important: Please give it two years to do its magic as you are dealing with subtle growing & healing processes. No blinking green light on your forehead will go off and on when the healing process has been successful.

Did nothing for me
I was asked to write a review for this product. I am 68 years old and my husband is 74. I would have to say that this product did absolutely nothing for either one of us. Perhaps if one is younger there would be a more favorable result.

I tried Neurosilk based on the recommendation of a Swanson customer. I'm glad I did! I noticed an increase in my mental acuity almost from day one. It's now eight months later, and I wouldn't be without it. Neurosilk is pricey, which is its one downside. Still, it's definitely worth the cost. Big thumbs up.

Stuck with this Brain
I'm not sure how to rate certain things. How do I know if it is made with quality. I just have to trust that Swanson insists on quality, which I believe they do. As far as effectiveness, I'm not sure, as I haven't noticed anything dramatic as far as improvement in my lame brain. It does seem like it gives some clarity, especially after the second dose of the day. I've taken it for several months now, to give it time to work. I will probably stay with it, at least for a while longer.

I have been using this for about 2 months and really havent noticed any difference. I know sometimes it can take about 4 months to see results of supplements. Swanson offers very good products so i will continue to use for a couple more months and see what then.

Swanson deserves a huge amount of recognition and credit for bringing such cutting edge supplements as this one!! Other companies that offer good prices don't match Swanson in this regard. Swanson is all about the health of their customers and they spare nothing!! In my case this supplement wasn't all I needed it to be BUT it may be great for you!

good & unique product
i give swanson credit for coming up with this product, i have have been looking for some product with silkworm fibroin. but most of the products with silkworm from other brands i found are not trust worthy. since i trust swanson quality control,i like this product and research behind it. the only thing confusing to me is that they should mention how much silk fibroin it contains and how much glycine and alanine it contains. i am just assuming trumeric black pepper and coconut oil can enhance the absorption. all in all its a step in right direction and research is promising.
