Very helpful for quieting down the mind prior to going to bed at night. I like it.

Did not help memory improvement after one month..

I am on my first bottle of phosphatidylserine. After seeing all the positive studies involving cognitive function, I decided to add it to my protocol. I have noticed an improvement.

I have used the two triple strength PS 300 mg. Supplements from Swanson for a few years now. I found both to be good, but my results were clearly the greatest from the one derived from Soy Lecithin in the soft gel cap. While I do not consume unfermented soy products of any kind, I am not concerned with that PS product, because it is a specific nutrient that does not contain the aspects of soy foods that many people avoid these days. From the first days I took that triple strength Phosphatidylserine 300 mg. capsule first thing in the morning, I noticed a wonderful sense of brain vitality. I LOVE that product. Just for comparison's sake, I tried Swanson's other triple strength PS capsule, and it was good, just not as fabulous for me. When I read the product description / hype on this Conjugated PS w/ DHA, it sounded like, even at just 100 mg. per capsule, it was supposed to be a super form of PS that was as good as, if not better than, Swanson's triple strength PS 300 mg.soft gel capsule that I love so much. So since I always like to take the best, I gave it a try. I started by taking 1 capsule first thing in the morning as I did with the triple strength PS derived from Soy Lecithin. Nothing. I didn't notice any super brain vitality. After a week or so, I upped my morning dose to 2 capsules. Nothing noticeable. I didn't take it for a couple of days, and there was no difference to me. I went back to taking 2 each morning for a while, and still didn't notice anything. I have no doubt that this is a high quality product. I also feel fairly confident that this Conjugated PS w/ DHA is inherently good for my brain. However, on top of those attributes, I like noticeable impact to my nutritional supplements whenever possible, and with the triple strength PS 300 mg. soft gel product from Soy Lecithin, I noticed a wonderful positive impact that I really like. Also, I already take 2 of Swanson's DHA 500 mg. capsules from Calamari every morning when I take my PS. (That is a really sweet formula!! Try it.) So I'm getting a good amount of top quality DHA daily. While I understand the claims that the DHA in this Conjugated Phosphatidylserine product is there to improve utilization, it's not as if I need extra DHA combined into my PS formula. For my money, and for my brain, I'm going back to Swanson's Triple Strength Phosphatidylserine softgel capsule product from Soy Lecithin. As I mentioned above, I love that product. That one works great for me. This Conjugated Phosphatidylserine 100 mg. w/ DHA product does not do it for me. Everyone is different, and everyone's daily nutritional supplement program is their own unique plan, as is their diet, so you can always give this product a try and see how it does for you. It's particular biochemical makeup just might suit your system very nicely.

This product really keeps me alert. It keeps me pretty sharp!!
