I've been taking this supplement for over 10 years. It has been very helpful in keeping my mental facilities in good working order. I notice that I have trouble finding the right words sometimes when I skip taking Phosphatidylserine for a period of time. To lazy to fill my pill dispenser. Great stuff.

Better Memory Leads to Less Stress
This definitely helps my short-term memory. For me, the 100 mg dose with the fatty acids attached (taken twice a day) is more effective than the triple strength (300mg) dose. I recently let myself run out (which I would NEVER do when I was still working). Within 3 days, I had burned something on the stove, gone out to the yard to do something I'd already done, and taken the wrong car key off my keyring to take into the swimming pool. When I started taking it again, it took 3-4 days to regain my better memory function. It's such a pleasure to go to get something at the other end of our house, and remember what it was when I get there! I feel less stressed when I know I can remember things.

Phosphatidylserine caps are wonderful
I have been taking phosphatidylserine for about 30 years. (I am 85!) It is brain food and has helped me retain my cognitive abilities. I have noticed an increase in anxiety when I skip it. And, of course, I always try to get organic foods and supplements when they are available and am grateful to Swanson for trying to get organic choices for us.

after taking it for a while I had a break out of acne and I'm in those menopausal years. So, I don't really know what to think. It could've been something else in my diet but amino acids stir up your hormones so that was my first guess. I'm hoping you want my honesty. I'm still taking it just not as often. (once every other day and as prescribed dosing) no more outbreaks so far.

Quality
The softgels were only about 3/4 full. I call Swanson and they said thats ok, the potency is certified. I will try calling again, maybe someone else will be more pleasant. Until then I'm done with Swanson.

Great Soy free product
I alternate PS with Huperzine. I really notice a difference in my cognitive ability when not using PS. I love this product. Since I am sensitive to Soy, having this product is a gift.

I can't be without this. I am not sure what it does for my memory but since I have been taking it my hair is shiny and thick and my skin moist. When I stop taking it, within 2 weeks I have clinically dry skin and eczema and my hair is brittle again. During the winter, this is the only thing that heals the deep dry fissures I get on the skin by the corner of my nail. If it helps so much on the outside, it must do this to the inside too. I think it must help keep the intestines healthy too. I can't say enough good about this.

I noticed a huge change with my thought process and memory. If I miss a couple of days brain fog sets in. The change is immediate after several days of taking this. This is going to be a daily for me along with multivitamins. Well worth the money

Good quality
This really helps me lift my mood and keep me even keeled. I do have to stop taking it every 7 to 10 days or so, for 2 to 3 days off. Otherwise it seems to lose its effect.

Take this for clearer thinking
It is amazing how my thought patterns improve - especially my ability to do word association - after taking this supplement. I would often take this the morning before an important meeting to improve my mental performance. It works for me.
