I take the potassium gluconate tablets twice a day. if I don't take them, I sometimes get bad leg cramps in the middle of the night. As long as I take the tablets no cramps. No side effects from taking the tablets. Consider them to be a good buy and effective purchase.

Enough cannot be said about the benefits of potassium. I used this potassium years ago during my body building competition. It worked great along with another Swanson product I used. It still works great today. Want to get rid of cellular wastes? Well....

I have to tell you this is a fine product because the ease of swallowing and the number of capsules even beat Walmart---they are super small. I couldn't find this price anywhere and saves us bucks. Most people don't get enough minerals.

I had to try out the smaller bottle to see if it works for sleep and come to find out that it does. It lulls me to sleep when I take one every night before bed along with a melatonin pill.
