Taken for years! Love it!
I have been taking this for years! I was supposed to have a knee replacement 20 plus years ago but didn’t want to! I told my doctor I was taking Tumeric and he said he had never heard of it!!! Maybe he has heard of it now! I still take it and I haven’t been to that doc in years! Also haven’t had a knee replacement! I have learned that that metal in your body only lasts about 20 years! Then it wears out tissue around it! But you can take the Tumeric forever!!

I am reordering today because I ran out a few days ago and can tell! I take one 600mg capsule two times a day. I feel my aches without it! Pepper also help w/ absorption.

Turmeric review
I had arthritis pain in my thumb for some time, and would rub it most of the time to relieve it. Started taking turmeric and after around 3 months am pretty much pain free and have 75 percent on my grip has returned. I tell everyone who has similar symptoms about using it.
