Saw Palmetto Full Herb doesn't do anything for anybody except make the manufacturer rich. The herb that shrink's your prostate is Saw Palmetto 'Berry' It's only the berry that shrinks it. Be sure to get Saw Palmetto Berry not Saw Palmetto Berry Full Herb.

I've tried the unrefined capsules with no luck. I then found the concentrated version. The 160 strength didn't do it. The 320 strength does it well. I take 1 in the morning and one in the evening. I can really tell when I don't take them. I make sure I never run out. I keep an extra 3 month supply on hand because sometimes when I order they are out. These really work for me so I don't want to run out.

I take Saw Palmetto to decrease my facial hair since it’s a natural hormone balancer. I used to use a different brand but they no longer make it in pill form. I have not been taking this one very long so I haven’t noticed much of a difference. The pills seem to be of good quality but I can’t rate the effectiveness of the product just yet.

I am a systematic user of men's prostate supplements - essentials for me. I would be glad to see much larger volumes of products like saw palmetto extracts and pygeum africanum with cost savings.

This product does not contain any Saw Palmetto berry extract which is a deep red in color. These soft gels are clear. I have ordered this product before and it was good. I have also ordered the Jarrow product which is good. I purchased three bottles on sale and for all I know these soft gels contain only water. Obviously poor product quality control.

Opening the bottle for the first time I was greeted with a smell akin to a dead rotting animal. No way I was going to put this stuff in my body. Went directly into the trash. Item was shipped 2nd day UPS and the weather has been cool. The problem is with the product.

Ok I have went back and forth several times, have researched this standardized version of this herb verses the Swanson's non. I have to say that I find Swanson's 540 mg of the whole saw palmetto is more effective. I may in the future go back to this one but probably not.
