I take 1000 mg of Taurine daily for help with my tinnitus as well to enhance my quality of sleep. Very effective for my tinnitus when so few other medications are helpful.

We use this as an energy pick me up in the morning, and when I run out, I can tell the difference; my energy is not as consistent or high. Add it back in, and zoom I go.

This review will be strange because I believe the product is of good quality, however, it does not do for me what so many other people are claiming!! I know this product is one of the main ingredients in "energy" drinks, which is why I wanted to try the product. I do not like the energy drinks, they make me feel sluggish and tired...and now I know why, Taurine. There was no energy involved. I feel tired, sleepy and like I imagine a sloth may feel!! lol

This Taurine supplement (when taken in combination with a couple of other supplements) works well when I have trouble getting back to sleep in the middle of the night. I awaken clear-headed with no hangover effect. Also very helpful in getting me to fall asleep at bedtime. Works for me but everyone's chemistry is different. At this price it's worth a try.
