Had to stop using it, After taking one capsule daily for four days. Developed severe gastric discomfort. Cleared up in two days. Normal now. First bad product I've ever gotten from Swanson. Everything else Iv'e used have been just fine. Sorry james scheer

I work night shift in a busy ER and I have to keep up with the pace. I can tell a huge difference in my energy level if I forget to take it that day. It really makes a difference in my energy & clarity of thought. It’s a staple in my supplement routine!

It gives me an appetite. My appetite goes and comes and this Activated B-Complex helps me to eat more regularly. I have possibly been undernourished because of my irregular appetite. Now I a bouncing back with more energy since I eat more.

This is a the best reduced form of active B-complex out there. Meaning it is the most body ready laboratory produced potent form of B-complex that I have found and experienced. All of the individual and active ingredients are measured and stated on label. Love that. Don't like the excipient Magnesium Sterate as in 'other ingredients', as it is a suspected carcinogen.

This is excellent for folks with problems with the 5-MTHF enzyme deficiency. It works great for my fiancee along with other diet and supplementation suitable for those with 5-MTHF issues.

The bioengineered forms of B vitamins combined in this product are more effective. Particularly the form of B1 (benfotiamine) is recommended for diabetics.

I prefer this product because it doesn't contain folic acid which is a cheaply manufactured synthetic form of folate. I hope Swanson never discontinues this vitamin.

Background for this review: I am a 69-year-old male who is now over 15 years since recovering from untreated cancer and a Heart Attack with 97% LAD artery blockage treated with Coronary stenting. I live in New York City so am now afraid of SARSCorona-19. At the time of my heart attack, my ejection fraction was 20% meaning heart could only push 20% of blood out of heart to brain and rest of body and I could not get out of bed. With CoQ-10 1,200 mg daily, ESSAC, sugar-free non-processed-food free vegan diet, and exercise, the ejection fraction went back up to 60% (low normal). Now in May 2020, I no longer take all my daily vitamins and don't always follow my vegan diet, and I felt weak and found that my ejection fraction went down to 30%. The traditional MD I go to was very worried about my survival. I take many supplements so I'm not sure what this product is doing, but I've reordered it. I think it's a good product.

The best b=complex i've had so far.wish it were more available.

I am not sure how to tell whether this is helping me or not but I am still taking it upon recommendation of my doctor. I like Swanson products because they are always so on time and helpful

These are a great potency with folate not folic acid and pantethine not pantothenic acid, so I think they're better quality than some b complex formulas. I previously used Swanson Activated B 25, but now I use their Activated B 50. These don't have a nasty smell unlike some other b complex I've tried, so you don't have to hold your nose just to take them.

I haven't really noticed any difference from taking this product. I'm taking so many things that it is virtually impossible to tell what is helping me and what isn't. However, I would like to continue taking it, but I see it isn't currently available.

I love this b complex vitamin. It is the only one that doesn't make me nauseous when I take it. I can take it without food and with plain water and it doesn't hurt my stomach. The vitamins are in a highly absorbable form too.

I have been using this product for two weeks. I have tried many vitamin B products in the past but Swanson's Activated B-Complex will be the only one I take in the future. I have more energy all day and feel like this is the supplement my body needed to function well.
