The texture is very gummy, they have an easy bite, I don't like the texture, it doesn't have enough resistance for my preference. When they have been open for a bit they do firm up and the texture is more resistance.

I exercise almost daily by walking 5-7 miles and if weather isn’t permitting I row. As a 56 yr old woman I feel like these vitamins have woke me up just a tad bit more. I cannot say if it’s the vitamins or not but I haven’t changed anything else. I do recommend these vitamins. They give me just a bit more confidence in my daily routine.
