If you've never used Xylitol...
If you've never used Xylitol, please understand that it doesn't make things taste sweet. It just takes away the bitterness. I used it to learn to drink coffee without dairy. Eventually, I was able to drop the Xylitol, too, and just drink it black. Now, I use it to cut the amount of sugar in my cocoa. I've read that it's good for one's teeth, too.

Great Product
This Xylotol is very good. The fine granules make it easy to stir in drinks and recipes. The price is better than most health food stores. I totally recommend this product!

Sweet as Sugar with NO Sugar!
Swanson Non-GMO Xylitol Granules are spectacular. I also prescribe them for all my patients, and I write about Xylitol and Swanson in my published health and lifestyle book "MYBYBLE ... For the Extended Lifespan".These granules dissolve in both hot and iced drinks and are wonderful for cooking.

Looks and Tastes likes sugar too!
We really love the Swanson brand of Xylitol. Other brands were more course ground but Swansons brand is a ground better, very close to sugar! Much easier to use in varied cooking recipes and ground fine enough to make cinnamon/sugar sprinkle on toast or other baking needs! Thanks Swanson for a great product! Sherri

Xylitol for diabetics
I have used Xylitol instead of sugar for more than a decade and am very pleased with it's taste which is the same as sugar yet it has no calories and is very helpful for myself having type 2 diabetes.

Better than some other brands
It is much better than some other sources of Xylitol, because the granules are smaller, so dissolve more easily. Pricing is good also.

Best Xylitol I have tried: Quality, Taste, and Price!
Excellent quality and wonderful price. Xylitol is my go-to sweetener for years now since my doctor recommended it as low glycemic and anti-viral, and my dentist recommended it as actually good for your teeth. Start slowly and don’t overdo it as it can have a laxative effect otherwise. Note of caution: Xylitol is very dangerous for dogs, so be sure to keep it out of their reach.

Xylitol is my go to sweetener
The thing that impresses me most is there is no strange aftertaste that lingers in my mouth. I have a very sensitive mouth and almost everything else including Stevia hard flavor. Thank you for always having it already product whenever I need to order.

Glad I thought to research xylitol & simple syrup!
Tired of cleaning up those sometimes nearly-invisible spilled xylitol granules I searched and found that adding 1 cup of xylitol granules to one cup of not quite boiling water makes a great simple syrup for beverages. Stirring the granules into the water until it's no longer cloudy is all that's needed and like conventional simple syrup the finished product is refrigerated afterwards. Making several cups worth and transferring a smaller amount to a capped squirt-type bottle for daily use once the syrup has cooled a bit works well for me.

Very pleased!
I know there are many poor reviews for this product because it no longer is from birch. I’m so grateful that I gave it a try because I think it is MUCH better than the previous xylitol! The granules are much smaller now and it looks more like sugar. I love it!!
