The sweet sweat waist trimmer has done just that! I’m soo excited at the results I’ve seen after using it consistently durning my cardio routine I have seen a significant difference in my waist. I love that I’m dripping in sweat every time I use it. It’s very comfortable but at the same time helps me keep my core tightened. I will say I only use it during cardio and not weight lifting because I feel it limits my range of motion

I've been using the sport research waist trimmer for a few weeks during my workouts and daily walks. At first I didn't notice any changes, other than the gathering of sweat, but the more I use it, the more effects I am seeing. Slightl changes and trimming of my waist and ribs, some of my love handles and top part of my stomach are starting to be noticeable. If nothing else, this adds a layer of warmth in the winter

I have tried several of these waist belts. this is great!. Comfortable to wear high quality and it is very cute. It doesn't work without exercises, so it is not magic ))) but if you are doing exercises you definitely will receive the result.

I've only been using this for about a week but it seems to be working. Even when I try to do a "light" workout, when I take off the wrap my stomach is covered in sweat! As an aside, wearing this wrap also makes my workout clothes fit better. Stay tuned to see if it helps with my fitness progress!

This has really enhanced my workouts. It makes me sweat so much more than I usually do. All you do is wrap it around your waist and Velcro it. It has a great fit. It doesn't feel like it's too tight or like you can't breathe. It's very comfortable. I experienced a whole new level of sweating with this. You can use it for any workout. You could even wear this during the day because it's so comfortable. It's very well made. The material is very stretchy and feels good. The Velcro has a very tight hold. It isn't going to come off.

As soon as it arrived I could tell this waist trimmer was good quality. The Velcro seems to be very good on it. Also came with a sample of their workout enhancer cream to help shed more weight and a institutional paper on how to use and care for it. I'm looking forward to using it. Will post future update :)

Addicted recommend the actual purchase of the jar stick to the original the coconut version didn't work so well as the original sweet sweat lotion but pairs perfect with the waist belt to get your sweat on

I really like this product, especially when used with the sweat sweat, I can guarantee to see almost a puddle of water when i'm finished working out. Did not give five stars because the velcro attachment needs to be wider, to the height of the trimmer. It tends to sometimes fold on the top and bottom.
