It was a small size, it's not the correct material, I've had it a week and it is already stretched out, I need a new one, small size usually don't stretch out like that for a couple months. Disappointed

I am not sure that I get the concept of the waist trimmer. I used it while I worked out daily and I really did not feel that it helped in toning and trimming my waist. Quality of the product is good. Made well. Just not sure that what it is marketed for is valid.

This waist trainer is actually comfortable to wear, while I'm working out or doing house chores. It fits great. It fits tight, but not too tight (like most waist trainers). I can actually breathe, while wearing it!! Plus, Sports Research - Waist Trimmer comes with its own wash bag! Which is very convenient!

This product was something that I was curious to try because I've never heard of anything similar. I liked wearing it while doing my walks and while using my hand weights for my routine. I felt that it gave some light support that was comfortable and not overly restrictive. Not sure if it was the support or it's materials, but I have been feeling that my waist seems less bloated and trimmer since using it.

This waist trainer is exactly what I wanted. I didn't expect it to be as nice as it is. It is beyond my expectations. The quality is amazing. It also comes in a washable bag for easy washing and to keep the quality set. The color is so pretty as well. It works exactly how I like. Doesn't feel like your even wearing it. I would highly recommend.

Belt fits very well and seems to be good quality, feels good when using. I have back problems that keeps me from doing any extreme exercise. What I do really like about this belt is the support it gives my back. I plan to keep using and hope I lose a few pounds and inches.

I got this to match the one I got for my husband but i got it to show that im different. Its a little girly so I'm in fashion element as i workout

Sweet Sweat's Waist Trimmer definitely performs as advertised! It helps produce plenty of extra sweat during my workouts and during a strenuous walking session. It is flexible enough to conform to my body and firm enough to stay in place while giving a little support. Just started using it and I'm looking to firm up my waist.

I having been using this for a few days now. The material is very good. It stretches to hold in very nice. The Velcro is very comfortable and is easy to adjust. I'm hoping the inches will just start coming off. This will make you sweat a lot. You will start feeling it as soon as you start doing your workout.

The Sports Research Waist Trimmer is easy to put on and stays in place really well. It is amazingly comfortable and wears with minimal distraction. The fabric dies the job without making me feel like I'm overheating and hot. I'm actually amazed how much I have sweated when I take it off.

I ordered a large and literally right after my order went through I called them at the number they provided and no one picks up, called every single day multiple times. I emailed them about 10 times stating to change my order to a medium but now I recieve a message saying that my large waist band has been shipped. Like this company really doesn’t care for its customers, lack of communication and false advertising for numbers. And now it states for me to return or exchange the product it’s customers out of pocket, what a joke this is. Sure the waist band is probably pretty great. But the company selling them is a joke.

You truly do sweat it out when wearing this. It doesn't feel it until you take it off and realize you're drenched! Make sure you wipe it down properly!

Doesn't seem to do much in waist trimming immediately. I used for 20d but wasn't too impressed.

I purchased this a few months ago along with the sweet sweat enhancer. I do not work out hard as I am still trying to get to a good fitness level. However, I used it when I walked on the treadmill. I walk at a nice pace for about 30 minutes, I figured this would enhance the workout and help me to lose inches in my midsection which is most problematic. I used it for two months without noticing any real difference in inches. I def did sweat more with it but perhaps I wasn't using it during an intense enough workout to make a difference.I will say that it is very large and it fit me which was surprising. My largest measurement around my midsection is 47 inches. It fit comfortably but probably would not fit someone any larger than that.It is ok but didn't perform any miracles.

I'm not sure about inches lost because in all honesty I haven't checked. IT does however let me sweat like a hog which I do enjoy!

So The product is huge.. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Horrible packaging and horrible customer service. No stars if I could
