OUTSTANDING Customer Service!
I bought the Gold Tile Ceramic dish soap dispenser (and also the hand soap one...they are so cute!). The pump top did not screw properly onto the bottle. I contacted their customer service department and they sent me a replacement bottle and top, AND it arrived within a couple of days. The team was super nice and I appreciate the commitment to their product. I will definitely buy Sweet Water decor again, and tell all my friends and family. Thank you for the prompt and great customer service!

Didn't Last Long
Very disappointed. Item was delivered on May 24, 2023 - less than 4 months ago - and the dispenser cap has a crack in it so now it's pretty much useless. Looks nice on the counter, but I don't recommend it to anyone.

Pay attention to the size!
This soap dispenser is super cute! I really like the design. Seems like decent quality. Hopefully, it holds up to lots of pumps because it is not very big. Not exactly practical for a product you use quite a bit in the kitchen. It might end up in our bar area. Expensive considering the size.
