Q: Can the power mop be used on ceramic tile floor in my kitchen
A: Pls elaborate. Use on SEALED tile flooring only. There is no such thing. Only grout is sealed. Do you mean not for use on porous tile flooring?
submitted bySue - 2 years agoA: Thanks for asking, Stephanie. Our PowerMop can be used on ceramic tiles, as long as the floor is sealed.

Q: are the pads washable
A: The Swiffer Pads are not washable; you just dispose of them when you consider them dirty enough, so you can use them more than once if they were not that dirty. We’d love to hear more about your experience and assist you further, so please call us at (800) 742-9220.

Q: We have a 2,500 sq foot home that’s all wood flooring. I’m wondering how many pads and cleaning solution would I be using each time when I do my floors
A: You’ll probably get 2-3 uses out of each standard sized bottle for the size of your home (in my experience).
submitted byAnonymous - 2 years agoA: There's no clear answer as it will vary depending on how much accessible area you're cleaning, and how dirty the floor is. A standard 1.25-liter bottle of Swiffer PowerMop Liquid can typically cover approximately 2,000 to 3,000 square feet of floor space. On average, the PowerMop pads can last up to 500 square feet.

Q: Will the mopping solution make my puppy sick?
A: Thanks for your interest in our PowerMop, Marie! We want to assure you; Swiffer products are safe. The key ingredients are water-soluble cleaning agents and perfume. These ingredients have been tried and tested and are very common in cleaning products across the industry. While Swiffer products are safe, as with all cleaning products, they should be kept where children and pets cannot reach them. Safety has been confirmed not only in our tests but also by independent scientists and others. We have the support of several independent organizations, and we encourage you to visit their websites.
