The added "Gain" chemical detergent scent is totally unnecessary and a sneaky marketing gimmick. The "Gain" scent logo is very small on a box that basically looks identical to the unscented cloths. For those of us that deplore chemical scents in our homes, that have been proven toxic to humans and animals, this is just marketing jive..."If it smells fresh it must be clean!"

I have used Swiffer for about 20 years. Have always Loved this product for my bare cement floors. I was SO disappointed when they added Scent. Seriously - I am trying to remove what can effect my breathing and they add scent. I have tried the off brands, they are Not the same.

It does a good job of dusting but changing the dusting heads is terrible as others have mentioned. Called to get help but was left on hold and than disconnected. My advice, save your money..

This would probably be a good product, if I could get it to assemble. I have watched the video,but it does not really tell you how to insert the handle into the duster. I have never been able to get one to fit the handle; therefore, it has never been a good cleaning product for me.

I hate this product. Really, really hate it. This handle is apparently supposed to slide in somewhere. Where? The video on the website shows a cartoon character who just sticks it in and it magically works. Mine doesn't. Why is it so hard to provide directions? I'll never buy from this company again.

We apologize for any confusion, and we'd like to help. To attach a duster cloth the the handle, start by shaking the duster cloth vigorously to fluff the fibers. Pulling at the fibers may also help! Then find the two sleeves on the back of the duster cloth (or the middle of the two layers, if you're using a 360 refill!), insert the prongs on the handle into the sleeves and pull the duster cloth on until its secured into place. The sleeves are open on both ends so either end will fit on the handle. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call at (800) 214-8734!

What is going on? the Blue heads are terrible. They don't allow for the handle to easily slide in, in fact, we can only get one fork in.. seriously, microfiber and glass or furniture cleaner is better.. this system used to be great, but this now SUCKS!! so frustrating!!

These dusting products have never worked for me or my family. For about a decade we have tried the new versions of the products. We now have a routine where my husband dusts the tv stand, which throws all the dust on the floor, then I come behind and vacuum. The dry sweeper pads also just push the dust and our dogs fur around on the floor, trapping nothing, that’s a joke.

I use these all the time, but, since they redesigned the handle the duster head slides and slips off the handle. It used have a little tab that helped keep it in place. Please bring back the old style!

dusting topper was not as thick an round as I thought. Worse part not ready to use, no instructions on how to apply the topper. Such a simple thing to have it slide on an lock. I can not believe it would cost to much to design this user friendly. Or cost to much to have instructions. I am happy to pay for tools to make housework easier but this was overpriced poorly designed.
