I add this to my coffee some mornings. Yes, the marshmallows are a joke but I've tried other coco mix to add to my coffee and they just upset my stomach. I don't care what this is made of it's perfect in a cup of coffee.

good product bad packages
I love this hot chocolate. The only problem with it is the packets are difficult to open they are all connected to one another if you try to pull apart one of the packets trey burs apart spraying dry powder on you the counter and everywhere. I try to use scissors but sometimes I forget and have a mess again like today!

Swiss Miss is our favorite hot cocoa mix. The cocoa flavor is just right and doesn’t disappoint on a cold day. Unfortunately this product have very few marshmallows than usual. Moreover the target price was the best deal.

From USA to UK… no marshmallows :(
Picked up a box whilst on a trip to New York, came all the way back to the uk with my Swiss Miss collection topped up to find there’s no actual marshmallows in the packs! Judging by the reviews seems like a batch error! :(

Same as other customers. No marshmallows in my packets either. Purchased last week. Normally I love this one because of the marshmallows. They forgot to add them.

What in the world?
These marshmallows are a joke. They didn’t grow in size at all and my kids laughed (and got mad because I didn’t buy marshmallows separately). We tried multiple packages too. This can’t possibly be real. What a waste of money :(
