Bad Warranty- will not be honored
busted at the seams after 2 years. SwissGear will not honor warranty since I have no proof of purchase.It's like not their product. "Unfortunately, If you have misplaced your itemized proof of purchase, we cannot fulfill a replacement warranty claim. We can offer you 15% discount on any regularly priced item on www.swissgear.com to defray your replacement costs."

We bought a similar backpack and the handle ripped out months after using it. We went through Swiss Gear to claim the warrantee and they approved it and gave us a 15% coupon off a new backpack. 15%. What a complete joke.

Cheap clip for backpack straps
Loved the space and loved that it fits under plane seat even when packed pretty full. I don’t love that the organizer bag slips off its hook easily, should probably have some kind of clip for it. Also the backpack strap broke on the bottom, the clip piece is very cheaply made. I’m very sad about it because this bag has been the perfect size for me

If you haven't seen it in person it's huge not just the bag but the space inside I'm still getting lost in it after 2 weeks of owning it help I'm stuck inside I can't get out but that's a positive, hiv positive I use it mainly for work and it fits all of my needs

Haven't used it for a trip yet, but perhaps this summer. Feels well constructed and more than ample room. Like the add ons you get (shoe bag, packing cube, tech organizer. Laptop pocket is huge. I don't travel with a laptop so I can squeeze more clothers in there. USB charging port is a nice thing to have, but not sure how much I will use it. Zippers slide easy. Huge zipper pocket inside the main opening lid, goes from top to bottom. Two gripes....RFD pocket (when I found it) does not hold my passport with or wthout the case. Zipper pulls cannot be locked. They are solid with no hole to insert a lock.

Nice features, bad design
The features of this backpack are great but the metal clips that hold the straps in place are a huge flaw. The clip of my backpack came undone within one week and there is no way to get it back on unless you have some special tool. Huge design flaw.
