I’ve had this suitcase for ~3 years now and have flown with it about 10 times: it still looks and functions as it did when I bought it (even after being checked multiple times!) It somehow either resists or hides scuffs incredibly well. It is perfect size and can fit in Delta’s overhead compartment even with the expansion open. Well worth the money and I hope to continue using it for years to come.

Don't trust this TSA lock

The TSA lock got stuck right as I was going through security and cost me over an hour at the airport while TSA had to go find a key. The charger brick passthrough is nice, but I wish it supported more than just a USB-A plug. Other than that, it's just a standard luggage case.

Listen, I am a SWISSGEAR fan. From pocket knives, to work backpack, I got it. HOWEVER, I am extremely disappointed in this product. I purchased a carry-on luggage and in less than a year the zipper seams were ripping. I contacted SWISSGEAR to have it replaced and they ghosted me like a tinder date. Good luck with that 10year warranty! Target was GREAT and gave me full credit so I bought it again ( Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on ME!) within 6 month my wheel is cracked and my handle broke. Maybe this product is meant to be used once a year, definitely NOT for frequent travelers.

Cheap and stupid zippers, they don't stay on the tracks. The Garmet Compression Bags have better zippers (sold separately). I bought it for the lock and charger. Once it's expanded the lock is useless if it's cut open at the expansion zipper. Plus the second zipper doesn't lock. Advertisment is misleading. You have to get a battery. I understand my mistake with that feature, why would they make an internal battery?! All that being said I still want to return it. "Swiss Gear" has most certainly depreciated in value.

I got this suitcase in 2019 and traveled several times using the bag as a carry on and also checking the bag a few times. Recently I checked this bag and the zipper burst open resulting in losing the contents in that first pocket while it was checked. Super disappointed since this was such a great travel suitcase up until now. Buyer beware.

Wanted to upgrade to an 8 wheel spinner since my previous 4 wheel spinner was difficult to navigate in Venice. Haven't used it yet but looking forward to my next vacay in 2020.The pink is stunning. Will be easy to spot on the carousel. Only suggestion is an additional handle on the bottom. Would make it easier to lift out of car or for baggage handlers.
