The 1.25” diameter bar sits nicely in your hands and works your grip with every curl, row, press and pull you perform!

I’m very happy with my 50 lb. fixed Synergee Fixed Barbell ! It arrived early in a few days. It arrived in a nice box and sealed perfect. I never had a fixed weight bar and I’m really enjoying it. It’s easy too use and takes up less space. It is excellent quality and chrome and black colors. Overall, I’m very grateful too have the Synergee complaint in my life. This is a lightweight barbell for beginners or advanced trainees. I like to use 10lbs for warmup circuit rounds or within my supersets. This barbell is great when you cannot make it into the gym, need time to focus at home etc. Highly recommend and a great price to buy. I’m sure you won’t find a better price!
