Description
Synergee barbells are made with world renowned steel! These barbells are made with a high tensile strength of 190,000 PSI. Made with the perfect amount of “whip” and “flex” for weightlifting, Synergee barbells still have the stiffness needed for heavy powerlifting, olympic lifting, body building and crushing WODs. Each bar is tested for straightness and balance throughout the barbell. Comfort in your grip comes from the knurl. Our goal was to create a full and uniform pattern that is not too aggressive but still gives the maximum grip you need. The knurling on a barbell is ground onto the bar by a specialized machine. The pattern features two sets of diagonal lines, each set going in the opposite direction, so that they form thousands of tiny little diamonds. These diamonds keep your hands from slipping, ensuring your comfort throughout your workout. After testing multiple knurls, we settled on a standard knurl with dual knurl marks. The inner knurl mark is for powerlifting, while the outer is for Olympic weightlifting. The silicone rings on each barbell sleeve are color coordinated with bumper plate colors. We added this unique feature for the ease of know which bar is which at a quick glance.

This is my second Regional Barbell. My original was in chrome, and is a fantastic barbell I use for cleans, because it spins so well. I tried using it for deadlifts because of the flex in the bar, but the chrome is a little slick. I bought the black phosphate, and it is very grippy with the same flex as their other bar. It is a fantastic bar for most quick movements and deadlifts. For power lifting, I recommend their Rhino bar. For the price point, these bars are hard to pass up, and will perform well above their fighting weight.

We just for our synergee bar about a month ago and I've already got a lot of use out of it. The rotation is wonderful on this. The grip is really nice and won't cut your hands up. We purchased this for our home gym and would only consider buying any more from here. They are well worth the money!

These are great barbells, I use them at my Junior High School and I also have another set at the High School where I train at. I am looking forward to purchasing more of these barbells for my athletes to train with. Great quality barbell for an excellent price. I love that they are needle bearing compared to the bushing bearing barbell for the 20kg and 15kg Synergee Barbell. There is no way around it for the Synergee Technique Barbell. These barbell are constructed very great! As my team grows I will prove all my National athletes these barbells so that they can use in their home gym. - Coach Bowens

This bar is amazing! I purchased the black bar for my home gym and it's gorgeous. The ball bearings on the collars are great and make any quick movements such as cleans easy on the wrists. Would recommend this piece of equipment to anyone!

This bar has been absolutely amazing to use. Its construction feels sturdy and durable throughout all movements (clean and jerk, and snatch). The bar is perfect for my size and fits my hands perfectly, which I cannot say about other bars often. To the touch, the neurling has enough texture to help me grip the bar, but not too much where my hands feel ripped up by the bar. It arrived in less time than anticipated, and in perfect condition.

I ordered the 20kg Regional Barbell—it is an awesome piece of equipment. The spin on it is incredible, honestly my only flaw with it is that it spins too much. Making it almost a little more shaking when I snatch or jerk (compared to like an Eleiko). My guess is I need to use it more (I’ve only used it 6 times before this post). The touch of the knurling I’d compare to a Pendlay Barbell and if you’ve never used one, the knurling on it is not aggressive. I gave it a 4 out if 5 because the price to quality ratio is fantastic.

Honestly this bar is so close to a 5 star bar it's nuts. The only thing I would look for is a touch more aggressive knurling. In fairness I had heard the knurling wasn't crazy aggressive, and I wasn't sure if that would be a demerit or not. Realistically this bar is at least a 4.5-4.8 star bar especially for someone just getting into the sport. I am comparing this bar to the Rogue bars that the gym I used to go to had.

This thing is great. Sturdy. Feels smooth. But most of all: thank you Synergee for being one of the very few selling this kind of bar with no “ladies” moniker or supposed “female” graphics. I have a small-ish space and needed a smaller bar. This fits the bill. It’s lighter than the Olympic but I can load plenty onto the sleeves. Weight is weight. Wish others would follow your lead and just sell them as Olympic and “Light” or something. Anyway. Great bar. Thanks!

This barbell has been nothing more than amazing. I have been using it to start up a home gym and the sleek look and the fit of the barbell has been perfect.
