[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a cooling and refreshing conditioner. Hair feels amazing after your wash and conditioner. I've noticed my hair slightly fuller, less hair falling. I was pleasantly pleased. very satisfied with this product.

I tried the scalp treatment that came in the bundle first. It made my hair super dry and my scalp so itchy and red. I did not use the conditioner because of that reason.

It smells amazing but be forewarned that it can cause a tingling sensation the first few times that I have used it. I think that it has to do with one of the ingredients that causes a cooling sensation. However, with continued use I hardly notice it anymore. I did notice that my hair was less oily and had more volume after using this shampoo and conditioner combo.

However, as my hair is naturally oily, I cannot use conditioner as often as shampoo, so I did not use both in tandem with one another. However, after using a detoxifying shampoo, this conditioner made my hair feel nice and soft, which is what I ask of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product for over 3 months now along with its paired shampoo and Scalp and Hair Treatment for Natural Hair and Light Thinning. • Paired with the shampoo and Scalp and hair treatment, I can positively say it did its job nicely! • In the attached pictures you can see the difference in how my scalp was very noticeable before treatment compared to 3 months after using it 2-3 times a week. Info about conditioner -strong peppermint scent which is very refreshing. It comes out of the bottle as a white gel. It does leave a tingling sensation on your scalp when you use it, but it did not cause any problems for me. Note: I didn't see any progress until 1 month in. Don't expect to see results in the first few weeks. Pro- as a 10.1 FL oz bottle, it has lasted me for over 3 months and I'm still using the original bottle. Con- deAPPROVED on seller, it could be pricey. BUT it is worth the price! Also after using shampoo, your hair may feel a bit dry in the shower, BUT the conditioner will make it feel soft after. ✔️Highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not recommend for dry, long hair. This conditioner is pretty thin and is more formulated for your scalp than the ends of your hair. I prefer a thick conditioner that I focus on the ends so this isn’t for me. I liked the shampoo and treatment better and use a different conditioner. This might be better for someone with shorter hair.

I have asthma so this made me feel so cold and made me cough a lot because the cooling on my head wouldn’t go away. I wouldn’t buy this for myself but for anyone who likes cooling conditioners, this is for you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this conditioner with the shampoo. I am natural with a 3C curl pattern. The shampoo did make my scalp tingle and my hair felt so clean after the shampoo but a bit stripped so I was glad there was a conditioner in the hair system to accompany the shampoo. The conditioner was light, which is okay, but I found I needed a bit more to cover all of my curls. I left it in for the suggested time and while my hair felt better than before, it still didn’t feel like I had gotten all of the softness or moisture back that I usually feel after conditioning. It did continue that scalp tingle that I felt during the shampoo so that was nice as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too fragrant of a product for me during use, although the scent does go away. It doesn’t seem to do anything for my hair either. My hair was shiny, but it didn’t feel as soft, how I would hope a conditioner would do for my hair. Especially with a strong cleanser shampoo, I was hoping this conditioner in the set would help balance it. Quite disappointed. Didn’t matter if I used a lot either. Will not be purchasing this on my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am reviewing this as a whole system, not individual products bc I think it’s important to use all 3 pieces together in order to get the best result. This was not quite as good as I expected, although it certainly helped. I suspect I need system 2 or 3 to have it make a serious impact. But it did give my hair more volume and brought back some of the curls I had somehow lost. It also helped with hair fall a little (again, I just think I need a stronger system) and I can feel new growth on my scalp. I would highly recommend this, but I would absolutely say to make sure you get the right system for your hair, don’t underestimate just how strong of one you need!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the clean smell of this shampoo and the tingling sensation you get with using it. It smells like a fresh salon shampoo! It left my hair feeling soft, I am just not sure a saw a huge improvement with thinning. I will keep using to find out!
